I liked the plucking job and baby hairs on the unit, but the knots could be bleached better. The lace did not melt as completely to my liking but still natural-looking. I place a order for 749usd. It's over 11days , I have not received any shipping information. Received a message on WhatsApp to take a picture of my bank card, ID and provide my mailing address along with phone number. Like seriously, after receiving payments they want me to do this. I plan on canceling and reporting this. To date not hair, or shipping information
SCAM !!!! I purchased a wig it said 1 day processing , and 3-5 days shipping .. I ONLY received a confirmation number and it’s been 2 weeks !!! I contacted them multiple times before I asked for a refund … I NEVER received a shipping update or even a refund !!! PLEASE BE AWARE !!!
This is supposed to be the 4C Hairline which was order Subella1014096. The hair I got looks nothing like what was advertised as 4C and wavy. My wig has krinkles vs waves and looks very nappy. I have asked for a refund and waiting on Suebella to respond. They saw my comments on their FaceBook site and instant msg'd me for my order number. I gave that to them and haven't heard back either. I have pictures to upload but don't see where to do that here. I'd love to show people this hot mess of a wig. I want my full refund.
I just received my Subella 4C edges unit. The quality of the hair is amazing, super soft. I plan to add highlights to it. I can’t wait to wear it for my upcoming trip.

My wig came really quick after a small hiccup. I'm glad I was patient, hair is soft long silky and has no smell. Cant wait to install.

I purchased three wigs and this blonde one has outdone itself . I lightened it. Boiled it and it still came out soft and beautiful , don’t walk run and buy !
Ordered what was supposed to be a kinky curly wig with 4c edges due to the photo they advertised. What I received was a wig with a completely different curl pattern. Come to find out, the picture they advertised as theirs belongs to a small business wig maker. Now I’m going back and forth to get a refund and send this wig back and they are stalling on honoring their return policy if the wig is not as described. Definitely filing a claim. Will NEVER order from them again.
I ordered a curtain bang wig lace front . I feel it was cheaply made and had no clips . I wanted to return it because I was deeply disappointed the hair was reddish tone and I asked for black hair . It was not worth the wait nor the money . I do not recommend them if they are going to make cheap looking wigs. I’ve bought better .
You can find the same hair with the same quality on AliExpress for a fraction of the price. Ordered 30” received 22”. Ordered black hair, brown hair was delivered. Asked for a larger wig cap. There was no alteration. You don’t get all of the free gifts either. Delivery was swift though. Overall very disappointing. They remove negative reviews from their site. Spend your money elsewhere.
I only gave it a one because I couldn’t give it a 0. Hair isn’t human, comes from China. Don’t waste your money. Fraud
The wig I ordered looked nothing like the pictures or videos. They use photos from other sites and rep them as being their product. Just do a google photo search of the photos posted..about 12 other sellers use the same photos. Their online reviewers are all paid and have to do a lot of work to the wigs prior to recording as the wigs are not as advertised. They will not honor their work and you will have to file a fraud claim. Be prepared. I have pics and video for any who are interested in seeing the true quality.
