4 years asking for a refund.
Paid in February 2020 for an event that did not happen, still asking for a refund. Having seen the other reviews, it seems class action is in order. Any lawyers on here that can advise??

This company is horrific
This company is horrific. I am not sure how they continue to operate. It is a complete irony that they sell tickets to world class performers yet they have ghost phone numbers that are never answered (weeks, days, hours calling), emails that take 10 business days to receive a reply and no official communication. I purchased 2x Gold Class tickets to Tony Robbins UPW event (for $2.5K) in 2020. Due to the pandemic this did not go ahead in 2021. The boarders opened in 2022 but they did not host the event and provided zero communication about why or next steps. I called endlessly but no answer and emails fell on deaf ears. When they finally answered they said that no refunds could be issued. I had to use the ticket in 2023 but I am now at a family wedding overseas because they failed to communicate the dates. The only messaging I got back was that they credited the ticket to 2024 but if Tony doesn't come, we don't get a credit or refund. So we've basically lost $2,5k. In the 3 years since I purchased the tickets SR has NOT ONCE proactively emailed its ticket holders. These are very very expensive tickets that people work hard to afford. They hound you when they are selling to get you to buy and upsell but ZERO communication and ownership when something goes wrong. A TRULY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE-do not buy tickets from this company.

SCAMMERS! I had purchased tickets to see Tony Robbins LIVE in Sydney at UPW. I purchased in Dec 19 well before the pandemic or virtual events were a thing. The event was scheduled to take place 17-20 Sept. They were refused a refund and offered a virtual ticket instead, not something I paid $800 for - to sit in the comfort of my own home!! The company also then went to on-sell tickets for less than half the price for the virtual event that was advertised all over the internet. Some people paid upto 10k for their tickets. They were unable to deliver 2021 either but refused a refund and just ignored my emails. Don't trust this company. Will never purchase from them again!

Great event! The 3 days was a positive reminder of what I knew but never practiced. Now, time to take action because I am an EXCELLENT MONEY MANAGER! Suggestions for improvement It would be great to incorporate 'not belittling or passing insulting remarks' at people that did not buy into the program and or sessions. People are in different stages of change. All in all? I started and finished! That was big for me.

The training was good and very intensive but I felt to be more in the selling market. Just about spend money on their training. The teachers were very good and professional.

Great content! But the upselling was a bit too “hard sell”
I learned a couple of great money management strategies that I can immediately apply to my finances, but the majority of the value of this course is really the mindset shift work. The course does a great job of using NLP and other strategies to replace limiting beliefs with supportive financial beliefs that will open you up to financial opportunities! The other courses that were pitched sound great and I was very happy to learn about them but I must say that the hard sell pitch tactics, including insulting and belittling people who weren’t buying, felt manipulative and sleazy. I get it, the tactics work and increase sales, but it was a bit ick. Still, I’m glad I went and glad for what I learned and excited to apply in my life.

This isn't so much about the money but more about what TR is meant to stand for! Over the years I've admired TR and have spent alot of money buying TR books, coaching sessions and attended the UPW Birmingham event in the UK in 2023 - I paid for my ticket before COVID and they honored these for 2023 BUT prior to the event they insisted I pay another £99.00 "REFUNDABLE" deposit to secure my seat and the money would be refunded in full soon after the event. I emailed them and asked for my refund after the event and they offered 2 options 1 was to receive £99 off other TR products or a full refund - I thanked them and asked for my money back in full and they confirmed this would happen by email but nothing was received so I've tried calling them numerous times and emailed to follow up but the only email reply I get is that they are experiencing difficulty in making refunds right now (YEH RIGHT!) but will keep me posted but it's been months now - is this how TR makes his millions!!? I thought it was all about giving and not receiving! I will not be following or buying any more TR products as his name and reputation are at the forefront of what Success Resources is all about. I posted about this on two UPW Facebook groups and the Administrator wouldn't post it - shows they only care about taking your money and hope you will just walk away or even worse spend even more ££££$$$$

So much great advice, insights and help to get started with a new life. As a Belgian amongst 450 Polish people I never felt like a stranger. I was with my family, the MMI family! There’s a life before MMI and there’s a life after MMI.
Unfortunate you don't refund tickets for UPW-bad experience
I bought 2 x tickets for UPW in Sydney, these tickets were for this week. Due to a family situation, my husband and I could not make this show and we are in Perth so far from Sydney. I have tried to get a refund which cannot happen and they have said in an email that if you can't make it you can keep the funds as credit for another show. I asked about doing this and they said that if there is no other event on then they can't. This is not a $100 ticket, it's a large amount of money that I cannot waste. Why you can't refund and take 10% off for your admin work I do not understand. It's crazy how a company this size takes your money and that's that. No credit/refund is available. Stuff happens in people's lives, you should accommodate and focus on customer service. Not cool. Please fix this.
Took our money in the US and left.
This company used to operate in the US. During the pandemic, they stopped operating here. A lot of us paid a lot of money for Quantum Leap programs, including Train the Trainer, Guerilla Business School, Never Work Again, etc. The company simply disappeared and took our money. No contact from them at all. My wife and I purchased Quantum Leap at over $16,000 and never got to complete the training because they stopped offering the programs and never refunded our money. Simply vanished!

Overall is a good experience as there is no hard selling of courses. There are a lot of positive energy around the participants and trainer. Have a good time learning simple concept and hopefully to apply it right after this. Thanks crews for the hard work.

Workshop to have positive mindset about money
Related content is helpful. However, don't like taking up too much time on promoting the courses. Meal break should be fixed so that some people like me will not get gastric. Should have daily schedule shown on screen before start.
