They will do everything in their power to get you on board with buying the ticket for an event, but if you have a problem and want a refund, they just ignore you. I attended UPW2019 and wanted to go to Robert Kiyosaki, but because customer service was non existing and Success Resources was the company that was advertising the event, I chose to not buy the ticket.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The reviews are true. They refuse to refund you after 14 days of buying the ticket. If you want to go to an event use: buy your ticket as they offer you a refund during the event. This company doesn’t! No one is on the customer services telephone line but lots of people are on the sales line! No one answers emails either. I was told that I attended the event so could not get a refund even though I did not ever attend the premises. To get your money back you will need to go through a small claims court.
They don't answer emails, and if they do it takes about a month. Hard to reach on the phone, says they will call you back but never do. Never experience such a lack of customer service.
The worst. Customer service sucks. They would promise you the world and tell you they're there for you but in the end rob you of your money. No cancelation or postponement possible. Customer service non-existent. They owe me a lot of money. Scam!!! Avoid them in any case.
I honestly don't know how this company even exist. They are so unprofessional. I've spoken with Moemen and Dean, who are useles.. I'm lucky that I only paid £30 compared to others who have paid way more, but its the principle. They make these motivational speakers look so bad! I've heard swearing in the background and even Dean saying to me that his manager is taking the p*ss. WHAT BUSINESS TALKS LIKE THAT TO A CUSTOMER. These people are absolute scum. No other words. I wish I looked at the reviews earlier. Frauds
Please trust these reviews. I have spent a lot of money with Success Resources over the years and I cannot recommend them. Sure the speakers are good but SR cannot be trusted. Frankly they could do with a dose of their own self-development. Hey Cristian Fontanelli (Marketing Manager) since when did it make good sense to ignore so much negative feedback?? You mistreat customers and you 'customer service' is non-existent. What is most shocking is that you don't even do a good job of looking after your loyal customers. You act like your only concern is selling and then screw the customers. It's such a disappointment. If I try and imagine Tony Robbins or others of your speakers experiencing your customer service I'm pretty sure they'd be shocked. You don't practice what they preach. My advice to any potential customers is to look for the speaker/trainer you are interested in and deal directly with them. Success Resources add practically no value at all - in fact they will make the whole experience much worse for you.
MMI seminar is great, but don't buy anything else from them, as all is so overpriced and customer service is unexistant. If you decide to postpone the course or cancel it, they make it just impossible and you loose your money.
Terrible customer service Participated in the March 2018 MMI event, book for the Never work again workshop. Cancel 2 days after. Policy outlined reimbursement within 30 days. As at today, I am on phone daily with company who representative is utterly useless (do not return call, not trustworthy. I did not get my money back yet. DO NOT purchase from this company. Shocking experience so far; on a mission to spread the word about their doing.
