I would also give the company a zero if I could. Was trying to sell tickets prior to the event I was attending as change of life circumstances meant that could no longer attend a 4 day event. They wouldnt offer any form or refund and tickets only issued.2 weeks before event meaning it was already difficult to sell the tickets. Now event is 'postponed' no chance of selling during these uncertain times and I can't attend future dates and don't want any other.poxy products or services. Just want money back which is highly needed right!! So not interested in doing any courses with this company or tony Robbins ever!!! What faith can you put in man to guide you in your life who can be so heartless at a time like this!!

Theres a killer virus around the world and you must stay indoors...but no refund

Very very very disappointed. Not only is the Tony Robbins event I was going to postponed due to Covid 19 but I'm not allowed my money back as it was the only event time I could do. For an event that so hell-bent on helping people they really have done me over in this time of global uncertainty. Their email responses have been slow, very copy on paste and all sent from nameless people. I have two more payments to make on my ticket, however as my industry has shut down, chances are I won't be able to make any more payments so I've lost my money now. If all Tony Robbins companies are set up like this then we have been truly sold by a salesman

I'd give the company a zero if that was possible...

I'd give the company a zero if that was possible just for the companies terrible customer service and awful terms and conditions. I bought a ticket for the Tony Robbins UTPW birmingham event and after the 6 MONTH rescheduling due to COVID19. They offered 3 options on what you could do. Which was either 1. Go to the Rescheduled event in 6 months time, 2. Go to next years event or 3. Get your money back in online courses. Disgusting, even for a sold out event they give no refunds.

Still Selling Tony Robbins Date With…

Still Selling Tony Robbins Date With Destiny tickets even though Covid 19 has been declared a global pandemic. When we enquired about getting a refund for the upcoming event we paid for they sent me back their policy about a 'no cooling off period'. Tony Robbins cancelled his show in San Jose last minute and hasn't taken the lead in cancelling this upcoming event but appears instead waiting for the Australian Gov't to force his hand. He should cancel the show in April. Instead, like the San Jose show, he will likely 'postpone' it knowing this term will not allow his loyal followers to get their money back but will instead have to attend a future event or use the money for his other online services. Yet if he was being the best person he claims he wants us all to be then he would leverage his position so Success Resources offers refunds as an option. Success resources has made their stance clear by still trying to sell tickets and somehow believing they deserve to keep our money. There was no choice for cancellation so essentially if you book with them you have NO recourse according to them.

Not cool!

Its an organisation that sling quick rich schemes with well spoken speakers tied in with a block buster name like Richard Branson. If Richard Branson has any idea Success Resources are scammers then shame on him too! The issue was that Richard only spoke for a fraction of the whole event. For the most parts the rest of the day was filled with unadvertised get rich quick speakers – each going on for 90 minutes at a time about how they could make you rich if you just gave them sums of money. Between all speakers they must have sold hundreds of courses making them millions! “Hurry there are only 100 spots!” as 300 hundred people run up to sign up for this once in a lifetime opportunity discounted course. Everyone one of those 300 people had their money taken. Their terms and conditions are on the back of the pink slip with a strict NO REFUND policy with some speakers clearly suggesting a full money back guarantee. The best lipped of all was probably Greg Secker who with a little investigating on the internet has been surrounded with controversy. This extraverted, polished tooth ‘humanitarian’ gave a heart warmed presentation about the village he built in the Philippines. Sympathy that really touched the heart before reaching for your wallet. Not a company I’ll be attending with their positive vibed themes and con-artist speakers

I was really keen to see Tom Bilyeu and purchased the Platinum package. After leaving a heavily pregnant wife on valentines day to go down to Brisbane for the event, it turned out I had to leave early. My wife went into labour and I had to leave. As soon as I did, I sent Success Resources an email saying that I was unable to attend the event and would like a refund due to the expected arrival of our daughter. Instead of receiving a refund, I was told that there was no guarantee of what time I left (despite the timestamp in the email). I'm actually really mad about this. It's not the money, it's the lack of customer service. I had a legitimate reason to leave and they just don't care.

Who is your wolf in sheep’s clothing?

If you’re looking at going to an event you will mostly likely find that it is badly run, obscured by smoke and mirrors communication and false promises (event agenda and details),unhelpful and rude telephone support and most likely a scam like hype sell event designed to lead mindless sheep to their financial slaughter but don’t worry they will most likely entice their sheep with a big name headliner that will act as a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

You are absolutely full of s.... guys.... all your line up are really unclear, you are a scam!!!but I have a really good news money driven companies won’t last anymore only heart driven!!! You should watch some video of peeps that come to your events right? Like my mentor Tom Bilyeu

Same as every other review on here

Same as every other review on here - It feels so wrong the way they mislead people into buying courses. Get you in the hype, sign up so you don't miss out - Then 2 hours later, decide it's not what you want... too bad, no money back.

DO NOT USE SCAM SCAM SCAM!

DO NOT USE SCAM SCAM SCAM! They lure you in by giving out false information at the signing up desk at the event just so that they can win a sale. Silly me, I got fooled! They told me everything I wanted to hear on the basis that they knew I wouldn't have signed up otherwise! Now finding out that I was lied to, the company do not want to refund and don't even want to acknowledge that they have done anything wrong! Their service is disgusting. They make out that they are a huge, global company and in reality they are just 3 people sitting in a room using false names on rotation to pretend to be someone else, whilst speaking to their customers in a very patronising and extremely disrespectful way. I will 100% be taking this matter further. Cant wait to bring some light to this scam of a company. The names they are currently using are Jonas, Juliana and Alex. They each have very bad customer service skills, lack of respect and lack of empathy for their wrong doings.

I attended the success resources event…

I attended the success resources event on the 19th of November at the NEC in Birmingham and I can 100% agree with all other reviews left in regards to this event. I wonder how these role models such as Gary Vee and Grant Cardone even agree to work with these scam artists, the whole thing is like a circus show. Foolishly I paid for a social media course with Paul O'mahony for £1800, after paying I received no confirmation and my emails are now being ignored... My money has been taken and I have received nothing, call it theft or fraud but either way, the way these guys operate is completely and morally wrong! Luckily I paid via a credit card so I plan to call the bank today and hopefully they will refund me. The event organisers are capitalist sharks, praying on the weak for their own personal gain.

Complete scam. They should be ashamed.

Complete scam. I would encourage anyone reading this to put in a complaint with the ACCC as the organisers refuse to provide a refund (they confirmed that today via email). That's what I plan to do after posting this. my research indicates that submitting a "misleading" complaint is the way to go. I attended the Brisbane event only because I didn't want to offend my friend by saying no to her invite. I was skeptical but tried to be open on the day. I lasted until 11am (which was way too long) and left during the property speaker - he was a misogynist and didn't teach the audience one single thing - he was purely there to push his course, which, undoubtedly is also a scam that sadly exploits our most economically vulnerable. While Michael Crossland is a great peformer, sadly his material is the exact same stuff I saw three years ago, with the exception of the updates on what's happened recently. And he was absolutely there to sell his course and book, he was just way more subtle and clever in going about it. Again, he taught the audience absolutely nothing substantive - from memory his main takeaway was three words "move", blah, blah. That's how memorable it was. I felt it a bit sickening that in both key note presentations that morning, they brought children on to the stage to pull at people's heart strings as a strategy to sell. Exploiting their own children, is there nothing that they'll stop at to sell? I didn't bother waiting around for "Sir" Richard Branson. I felt that if he was willing to endorse such scammers then he is not someone I could respect to teach me anything worthy, well not from an ethical standpoint. I walked away with these mental visions of all the presenters sitting back of stage, sipping champagne, laughing about all the silly people in the audience funding their lavish lifestyles. What a hoot. Shame on all of them.

STAY AWAY!!

Visited yesterday in Birmingham NEC, the whole day was geared towards exploiting vulnerable people through hard sales. I feel sorry for the people who actually paid for the courses on sale. One guy spoke about forex making some ridiculous claims, kept saying you only need two number each day and can make thousands of pounds every day. Never told you what or where to find those numbers though. He was alluding to Average Daily Range Incase your care.

No refunds!! No cooling off period at all!

No refunds!!! No cooling off period! If you sign up for a course- there is no future refund even hours after changing your mind. No one to speak to on the phone just an emailer who will not refund your money. The event 8.30am -6.30pm with Richard Branson who came on at 5.30pm. An earlier speaker, the best was Michael Crossland an amazing, inspirational speaker and the highlight of my day!!! He’s got an amazing life story and is a true comedian and gives so much to charity!!! Unfortunately the other speakers were really good sales people - selling their course for $5000. Don’t make a mistake of believing there would be a cooling off period of 5 days after signing up for a course on the spot at a ‘discounted’ price to the first 50 !! There isn’t.

False advertising

False advertising! I attended a seminar in Sydney to hear Richard Branson speak, which he did as advertised. What was false about the rest of the day was the speakers who were advertised to help you learn to create a level of success were actually just telling you how fab they were, how much they have made and then spend the rest of their allotted time doing the hard sell to get you to attend one of their seminars for $5000 to learn how they did it?? I thought that’s what we had already paid for!! Never again. The only speaker who inspired on the day was Michael Crossland and he wasn’t selling anything!!

I AGREE with pretty much 99% of the reviews. They don't give refunds under any circumstances and no amount of trying to contact them either by phone, email, facebook, linkedin etc. is going to help, they will simply just blank you. This company is heartless, rude, unfair, selfish and very cruel. Dealing with them by simply asking for my money back ($1,400) has been an extremely stressful, time consuming and horrible experience. They state they do NOT have a "cooling-off" period which is actually (in NSW) illegal. For example, this quote is taken from the NSW Consumer Rights website: You have a right to cancel an agreement within 10 business days from and including the day after you signed or received the agreement. It's clear to see Success Resources are disgraceful, immoral, nasty little crooks.

If I could give negative stars I would

If I could give negative stars I would. Person at the desk told me I could get a refund if the seminar didn't align to my calendar when I asked prior to paying the fee, 24 hours later I asked for it back as it didnt, and it's now been over a month and they've taken a thousand dollars of my money and refuse to give it back. Disgusting ethics. I will post this on every corner of the internet until I get it returned and will be involving the office of fair trading as well. Fancy that, selling a finance seminar under false refund info then robbing their long term seminar attendees.
