Like most I too feel like ive been scammed. I brought 2 tickets in Oct 2019 with an email trail from the sales person advising that should we not be able to attend due to the dates not being suitable (as when I brought the tickets no dates for ULPW were set). I tried back in Jan to request a refund as the dates did not suit us and now even more so and absolutely nothing, just automated emails, links to click on so I can read their policies etc etc. Clearly disregarding the email form their sales person advising if the dates didn't suit then I can have a full refund. I have no choice but to get a lawyer involved now. Said to say that because of this so many people will not be buying tickets ever again.
Disgusting Company, not offering refunds on events they CAN NOT deliver. I didn't purchase a virtual event and I was not advised that deferred tickets become "Complimentary" and are worthless. Thankfully I have a papertrail as proof. Having spent over $100K on events you would think they would treat loyal clients better.

The service doesn't deserve the star. Honestly I've been requesting information updates since march when covid-19 started. I purchased my ticket to attend to a live event, the all idea is to be around people, the human contact! That is why you signed up to get the enery and the work done. But without official information directly customers, I realized by reading at my facebook feed that the event is happening, is virtual and is cheap. I payed for the VIP ticket to treat myself because I deserve it and I've worked hard for it. Al the sudden it is lack of customer service, I remember they where very quick taking my money over the phone when I booked for it, but only after requesting information I finally go the event details. Honestly right now they are forcing me to do a online event just like a webinar?, it is so creepy to participate of this. Just like a black mirror episode. They are going against consumer law by breaching their consumer contract, they are not offering a refund and they are using a hiperlink as terms and conditions . I am reporting them tomorrow to consumers affairs, because I have been polite enough and patiente waiting for a answer to my many emails. At the same time I've calling many times and they answer the phone but nobody speaks so the call keep runing and runing without nobody talking you back. I am taking legal actions tomorrow because I can not believe what is happening. Lack of information by their customer team and breaching the contract forcing me to attend a online event and a ticket* gor next year.
For those of you who did not get your Tony Robbins experience and you paid with a credit card, you can dispute the transaction with your bank.
They will fully refund you as you did not receive the goods or services provided.
Leave poor reviews everywhere.
They tried to scam my 75 year old mother.

Never again will I attend a Success Resource event. Totally without empathy or compassion for people during Covid-19, guess it took a world-wide pandemic for them to show their true colours. No refunds, not in any circumstances. Changing a face-to-face event to online events is NOT the event I paid for. Thousands of dollars have gone into their pockets. People are STRUGGLING here and they have taken advantage of this. They won't even speak to me, won't even hear what I have to say - just automatically generated emails (talk about feeling like a "just a number"). And they will not budge on their Terms and Conditions. At a time when so many organisations are operating with compassion and understanding, it is a huge disappointment that Success Resources are doing the opposite. Oh, and by the way, they really don't care about bad reviews - guess they think they are too important to care what their customers think. Big mistake to any of those "big names" who are associated with them, e.g. Tony Robbins.
I purchased tickets this January for UPW Sydney in September 2020; and have since been told this 2020 event is cancelled and will be virtual instead. I do not want the virtual event. A virtual event is not what I paid for, I paid for Sydney Olympic Park 2020. I feel scammed by Success Resources.

My ticket was booked for The Birminham event in May 2020. Due to COVID-19 the event has been rescheduled to October. From the very beginning I said I was not available on that day and I have asked a refund of the ticket which they refused to offer.
Now they have postponed the event again to 2021 (do not know when and where) and offered a bunch of digital content.
I am not interested in it. The all point of this event was a phisycal life-changing experience.
As a member of the UK consumer association Which I am aware I am entitled to a refund of the ticket's face value price.
I feel deeply disappointed by the unwillingness to issue a refund. Tony Robbins and the company Success Resources position seems to lack empathy and compassion in these unprecedented and finacially uncertain times.
And the great disappointment for me is the lack of alignment and integrity this has, and with what I understood to be the value of the Tony Robbins brands.
I will take all the needed legal actions and initiate a social media conversation on Twitter, FB and Linkedin about the integrity of Tony Robbins brand.

I am getting very frustrated that I have still not recieved my refund after asking for over 2 months, its another 10 days.. 12 days etc etc. Always something new to be a hold up on giving MY money back.
I paid in full for $10,500 in September and have every right to cancel.
I was such a Tony Robbins fan and now I feel very cheated and scammed out of a lot of money.

Requested refund after postponement of DWD 2020
Numerous emails back and forth to get some response and all we get is " the contract reads .........."
For starters that our funds were taken from our accounts on the phone with no such contract until they received our money, then and only then was the contract sent to us.
They were still trying to sell tickets online up to the day before the postponed event
To be told that we would need to go to the new date in October did not sit well as we could not take this time away from our business, juggling time away for the first date was difficult enough.
We are down just over $17K for these arceholes that just don't care about the REAL HARDSHIPS we are facing.
The fact that Tony Robbins is mixed up with such a disgusting company makes me rethink my thoughts on the man that many people swoon over.
I wanted to see the man in person
I don't want his literature or paraphernalia that is as endless as time itself

Complete scam. Then it becomes spam. Awful. Endless text messages and emails. Customer service lied to me about gifting me 'VIP tickets' to a weekend event then I never heard from them again. The answers to your problems do not lie in these 'resources'.

After appalling customer services with condescending tones via telephone exchanges and delayed responses from email in regards to the Tony Robbins Unleash the power within, success resources had rejected my request of refund due to the dates being changed because of COVID 19. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Please do not accept their request for transfer of Ticket of another event or the revised dates.
They breach their consumer contract by sending their terms & conditions in a form of a hyperlink which is made even more laughable by not even stating in their terms and conditions of a Forced Majeura clause. This is needed in a contract in order for them to have grounds to not refuse a refund caused by a pandemic. Which they don't. After a month of emails and finally with threats of of legal action and also reporting them to trading standards have I finally got my refund. Please also notify your bank ASAP for a chargeback if needed.

Event postponed, no refund policy, new dates done suit- support continuously ignore emails and act 100% self interest. Holding funds for 2 years until a suitable date and showing no attempts to reasonably resolve issues. Do not pre buy tickets to their events. Buy at door so you are not held ransom
I bought Quantum Leap from Success Resources. 3 weeks later and all events are postponed more than a year. I paid €10.000 and when I email that I want my money back I just receive a NO. That's it.
I requested them over and over to remove me from their mailing list which i never signed up for. I even sent an email requesting for the last time before posting this here. PLEASE STOP.
Wrote them multiple emails about newest updates about the money i have invested in 2017/2018 because I recently found out their telegram investors group has disappeared. At first they directed me back and forth to send to other email addresses "who were in charge" then after a while no reply at all.
Refusing refund for postponing event due to COVID-19. Offering their online services instead which is not the product I purchased.
I’ve reported them on government website if you type into google coronovirus business’s behaving badly during pandemic you can complete a form.

I’ve nicely Requested multiple times explaining I cannot make the new date in October but getting nowhere. I’m shocked given the circumstances and how Tony Robbins is letting this happen to these people who had committed to his event. I’ve been before and the event is fantastic and worth every penny however the way this has been dealt with has left a very bad impression and I can no longer speak highly of this company or event and want nothing more to do with UPW.
My admin received an confirmation email that the refund request was on it's way to their finance department. Than they started to ask her for all kinds of extra details, probably to delay and frustrate the process. And now we are already waiting for two months for my refund! Outrageous, so I will put this with my debt collectors and litigating lawyers if they don't refund in the next week, no matter the cost,m because they will also get these costs on top of the refund. This is matter of principle!
They are not offering the refund, so if you have also been affected by unfair cancellation terms in wake of COVID-19, you can report them to the CMA using an online form.

Global pandemic, people are loosing jobs & lives left right & center and these crooks won’t offer a refund if you can’t make the new date. Instead you can take one of their online courses... which we all know arnt of the same value. Wouldn’t use them ever again & I suggest you don’t either - extremely poor company core values.
