I just tried to check the status of your package, "2024-09-25 21:01 driver has your parcel onboard for delivery". You can get the tracking number from "my parcel"-"package detail", then use https://www.17track.net/en. I think you mean that earlier, you don't get much tracking status update. Sorry for that. For some routes, you get updates only after the package arrives at the destination country. You also mentioned that the coupons are misleading and the prices are always changing. I love sugargoo but it has really gone downhill since the raid. They have become very strict with what can be purchased to the point where it is now risky and unpredictable when purchasing unbranded items. The main issue I have is that the items I'm trying to purchase are not replicas yet are still not available due to their association with certain popular characters in media. The system allows some of those items but doesn't allow others which makes it confusing. I also went through about 4 different customer service agents that couldn't unanimously agree on the status of my item that I requested to be returned to the seller (so it can be shipped to a different address). On a side note, I also purchased waterproof packaging and did not receive that when my parcel arrived, so I needed to request a refund for waterproof.

The only shipping agent I wholeheartedly trust, I’ve been using it for many years now. Everything always arrives on time and customer service is consistent and very friendly. I’ve never had an issue with it, I’m hoping the prices will remain the same. It sucks that you cannot order as many items as you could before because of the unfortunate ban of certain brands but I hope Sugargoo will return them as it won’t be the same without.
