Thank you for the feedback. We’ve recently rolled out passkeys on Swan, which makes logging in much easier. Instead of entering codes each time, you can log in using Face ID or your phone’s biometric login on an iPhone or other supported device. We also now support limit orders on the Swan mobile app, so you can set a price where Bitcoin will automatically purchase if it drops to that level. This can be set up directly from the Swan app once you’re logged in. If you’d like help getting passkeys set up or creating your first limit order, our team would be happy to walk you through it. A built-in P&L view is something we know many clients want, and we’ve shared this internally with our product team as we continue improving the app. In the meantime, our CSVs can be found under the "exports page" section of each Swan account, and are formatted to easily work with tax software like Koinly.io or Cointracker.io.
