We understand the frustration around ACH and instant buy limits. I do see that you previously reached out to support regarding this, and if you’d like to follow up one more time at swan.com/support, I’d be happy to take another look into whether your limits may be eligible for an increase. Also, while bank wires do not have Swan-imposed limits, many banks today allow wires to be initiated directly through their online banking app or website without needing to visit a branch in person.
