I couldn't believe how quick & easy this was - start to finish in what felt like 30 seconds. Used a local ATM earlier to try it out for the first time - very easy but HORRIBLE exchange rate! I've had a few hundred dollars in BTC with Swan for a while but had almost forgotten about it as I've been back in my native UK. So I logged in again & was done in no time. Very impressed.

Once I was set up on the Swan system everything started to come together nicely. My last purchase was very easy and the communication was excellent.

After a period of inactivity, I logged on and attempted to make a smash buy. Found my account access was limited to withdrawals unless I agreed to new terms including a $25 per month fee. The new terms also force me to accept a new fee of .03% monthly unless I opt for automatic withdrawals. Was given a number to call, to opt out of the fees, and the CSR kindly removed my account from the "Swan Private" program, which I had never signed up for. The whole experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Will check out River for future buys.

I was having trouble getting to my account. Conner helped many times and thar was not easy. He was patient and professional. One more instruction and I will be happy. This has taken 2-3 months because of my computer skills and a faulty systen. Conner is still helping. I’m so grateful.

Old school guy here. Very hard for me to login. No way to set alerts to buy once Bitcoin drops to a certain level.
Thank you for the feedback. We’ve recently rolled out passkeys on Swan, which makes logging in much easier. Instead of entering codes each time, you can log in using Face ID or your phone’s biometric login on an iPhone or other supported device. We also now support limit orders on the Swan mobile app, so you can set a price where Bitcoin will automatically purchase if it drops to that level. This can be set up directly from the Swan app once you’re logged in. If you’d like help getting passkeys set up or creating your first limit order, our team would be happy to walk you through it. Had 1 meeting to learn about starting an account. Only exposure to Swan was through Youtube. Had questions about the user agreements and the relationship between BAKKT and Swan. Trying to really make sure they are real and how they approach things. First meeting was a zoom link to discuss. Person at Swan sent me an email saying to book some time again for the questions. So I then booked time and it came across as a Google Meet meeting. Inconsistent at best. I expressed that concern and the response was we can either talk about my questions or try and figure out why that happened. I ended the call as it clearly was not about trying to help me understand their services if they are truly legitimate. I would say beware!
