What an absolute farce!
I got in touch via email as this so called company had my £80 for nearly a month!
After numerous emails to various people who clearly don’t have a brain cell between them or they’re reading from a scammers script, I was told the swimsuits were out of stock and was offered alternative items. No!!!
Then I was offered other sizes! No!!!
I kept asking for a full refund as they’d had my money a month!
In retrospect I think they held onto the items for so long as the return window had passed!!
Then I was offered alternative colours which I agreed to for one of them as it could’ve been an option first off.
Then miraculously both items were dispatched and came within a few days.
Both items did not fit so again I requested a full refund.
Again, she was urging me to keep the items (that didn’t fit!!) and she would give me 30% off my next purchase! Why the **** would I want to purchase anything else from you scammers!
You are forcing customers to keep items they don’t want.
I will make sure everyone knows what your so called company is about.
If you change the name I will still recognise the swimsuits.
You are not fit to trade and should be stopped.
They are thieves. The answer you when you complain to buy time and your order never arrives. Beware they have swindled many. Just disgusting humans who are no better than anyone in jail !!!!!
I wish I had read these reviews before I spent over $100 on swimsuits I will never get! A complete scam, horrible service and I fear I will never get my money refunded. Horrific experience.
Scam company…. Had to file a claim with paypal to get $$$ back…. Lies and says its new items and production takes longer…. Shouldnt be selling items they dont have ready to ship…. Tried to say i could trade for different items bc they dont want to give refunds
It’s all a scam. Don’t respond and when they do, it doesn’t address the issue. In this case, they never sent any of my purchased items. Then several were “out of stock”. I requested to cancel 4 times and they ignored my request. Horrible scam who steals money.
Stay away from this site. Dlv. Takes over a month and when it arives it is NOT ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. White is pink, like you washed it with some pink clothes. The material is so intoxicated - you smell it.
And if you need to return the clothes, you pay the freight, no matter if it is not at all what you ordered. Save your money and buy from another company. The retailor is some homeworker who gets the order from HQ. They only have the matr. And picture - thats my thourgt.....
This company is a scam. I ordered a swimsuit set over a month and a half ago I keep going back-and-forth with them. They keep telling me that the product is out of stock and will be coming the following week and never comes. I have argued numerous times asking for my refund and they have not refunded me at all. This is a scam ladies please beware do not purchase from this company.
They are getting 1 star only because there’s no option to give zero stars. This company swimshy is a SCAM AVOID it. swimshy Customer service claim they couldn’t locate the order number they emailed to me. Then the story changed to not having the sizes then it changed to an items being out of stock. I had stated so many times in my email correspondence to cancel the order which they totally ignored.
Same as all other reviews. Waited a month then finally messaged about not receiving my order. Was then told it was out of stock and could pick another one. That one never came either and cannot get my money refunded.
Don’t buy ! It’s a Scham . They don’t have in stock most of the pieces . That charge you but they don’t send you the order . They offered another size and a different model and refuse to refund the money
It is obvious that Swimshy deletes negative reviews about your company. Beware to all the potential customers. This company is a scammer. the quality of clothing is appalling and does not even look like the pictures. Their material, quality and size is horrible. it says on their website they refund and they do not accept returns. Unless you pay for the shipment to China that will cost a fortune. If it is returned back to you, you would have to pay the import tax. I am still trying to get my money back for over a month now. I ordered four items and they only shipped three and didn’t give me a refund for the fourth item. They never refunded my money until yesterday, which is five weeks later. If you look online the reviews for a swimshy, you would see that it’s all negative.
Their items are not on stuck, because they are new, but offering them on website is very profitable!! No info about our purchase, so after 1 month I have texted them and I was receiving exactly the same answers... its new, it takes time to make them, choose different ones... I wish I could upload the screenshots in here
They are a BS company that will steal your money.
They made me wait a month before contacting them about my missing order, and then told me items were out of stock, but they could send me other things i didn't want. After several attempts to get a refund, they told me they could refund me but would have to charge me 15% of the total cost because some items were in stock.
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! THEY TRIED TO BAIT AND SWITCH ME BY SAYING MY ITEMS WERE OUT OF STOCK AND I SHOULD CHOOSE OTHER STYLES. THEY EVEN TRIED TO OFFER A 15% DISCOUNT ON A FUTURE ORDER IF I WOULD AGREE TO THAT. I DON'T WANT OTHER STYLES BUT DISPITE TELLING THEM THAT THEY WON'T RETURN MY MONEY! MOST OF THESE ITEMS CAN BE FOUND ON AMAZON SO SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO ELSEWHERE! I MADE MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE ON 2-18-24 (MY ORDER TOTAL WAS $146.96) AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND DESPITE DEMANDING IT FOUR (4) SEPARATE TIMES. ALSO, THEY SAID ONE ITEM IN MY ORDER IS “CUSTOMIZED” AND THEREFORE CANNOT RETURN MY $. THERE IS NO MENTION OF THAT ITEM BEING CUSTOM AND NON-RETURNABLE IN THE DESCRIPTION SECTION! AND IT JUST HAPPENS TO BE THE MOST EXPENSIVE ITEM FROM MY ORDER; IMAGINE THAT! AND BY THE WAY, IT IS ILLEGAL FOR A COMPANY TO REMOVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW FROM THEIR WEBSITE. THIS IS A VERY SHADY COMPANY - stay away!
I am warning all customers not to order from this company. We are writing on behalf of Alexandra Miro, Swimshy copy our designs and sell them cheaply using terrible quality, they steal our designs and imagery they are a total scam.
