Horrible quality! And asked for return address and refund. No answer for 3 weeks now. They are a fraudulent company.., avoid purchasing anything from them.

Do Not… I repeat, do Not order from this company! Everything is not represented properly and I the quality of the merchandise is awful. Also, the return policy they mention, is a complete lie. There is no return…
Shocking quality and incomplete order - avoid!
Firstly the order took almost 4 weeks to arrive and when it did finally arrive it was incomplete - I ordered the swimsuit with matching kimono and a second swimsuit and based on their sizing took a medium. When the order finally arrived there was no kimono and the swimsuits were HUGE and very cheap quality - the equivalent of a large. I contacted their CHAT bot by email - and got a PATHETIC email saying I could reorder at 20% reduction - hello this is your mistake my order is incomplete and your sizes are wrong. I stood my ground until I eventually got a returns address but this, of course has come with a warning that I will be paying the returns cost and will be liable for import tax - etc although this is 100% their fault. So AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Don’t bother
Don’t bother. If you need to return they offer you coupons and then ignore you. You will NOT get you items for months and never get your money back.

Do not use this company. Order took forever to arrive. When it did it was awful. So poorly made. They refused a return and asked for photos of me in the swimsuit which is inappropriate!!! I insisted on a return and eventually they gave in and gave me a returns address in China! I had to pay the costs of £16 and because I couldn’t afford to pay for it tracked they are refusing to confirm they have the return. Klarna have been equally unhelpful and even though both have proof of postage, I was forced to pay for the unfit for purpose item and had late payment charges added to it. Stay away from them.

Do not order from this company
I ordered 5 items. They only sent 4. One of the things I did not even order. I sent them pictures of bag delivered as requested. I sent them pictures of the items still wrapped in bags as they were delivered. Customer service said too bad. They have no intention of correcting or helping. I know the items I ordered are still in stock as they still have them on their website for sale. This company is a scam. Do Not order from them.

My advice is the same as everyone else. They took nearly 4 months to deliver very poor quality items, even if the items where good quality spring and summer were over before items arrived. I have contacted them numerous times but heard nothing. Do not purchase from this ‘shambles’ of a company
Buyer beware!!
Buyer beware!!! SCAM company as the other buyers state. The swimsuits are not good quality and they never responded to my emails to return them. I reached out on FB and finally got a response to send the items back to China. Not worth it so I’m throwing the swimsuits in the trash.

Swimshy sent me a partial order. I ordered 5 items - 4 came and 1 item I didn’t even order. They are condescending with their emails and refuse to send me the missing item or exchange the wrong item they sent. Customer Service is terrible!
The worst!
The worst!! Website says money back….LIE LIE LIE!!! I have all the emails to prove it. My order was wrong, smalls were too large and larges were too small. I paid $80 to ship my items back 2 months ago. No refund no nothing. $320 down the drain!!!

I ordered something from them mid July and it didn’t turn up for another month, although I was abroad at the time so I had ordered it to be delivered to my hotel that I was staying at for 2 weeks. Given most companies deliver within 5 days, I thought this would be fine. The order however, didn’t arrive until over a month later, I then had to pay £47 postage to get it sent to me from the hotel. The order then took another 2 weeks to arrive. I got the order and I am not happy with some of it so asked if I could get a refund, their response was that it was beyond the 15 days and no I couldn’t. The 15 days should have been from when I received it not from the date it was ordered. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

The swimsuits didn’t match so I wanted to send them back. Sent it back to china for over $40! Then after 6 months it was returned to me.

I ordered 4 items swimsuit & cover up shown to match as a set but bought individually. I was disappointed as swimsuit is cream and cover up is white so the don’t match. Other 2 items I paid for and then about a week later was told they were not in stock would I like to pick an alternative. I said no I would just like a refund. They then came back and said would I wait until they come back into stock again. I agreed but after a week have had no update.

I ordered two sets of swimwear’s from them. I must say they were not cheep but as long as quality was good I didn’t mind, They arrived and they were so badly made, such flimsy fabric and so I’ll fitting!! I complains and they came back with they have been in business I for 10 years and have not much complains and wanted to see a picture of me wearing the items, which I found degrading and unnecessary as they should have known what they sent me. I paid more that £80 for both swimsuits. Never again.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered in Feb. I cancelled with them multiple times and they shipped anyway. Nasty to deal with. Now it’s arrived and to get my money back I need to ship it back to chins. Run away!!!!!
Stunning suits, and coverups!
I have purchased at least nine suits and five coverups. I am extremely pleased. The quality is great, I get a lot of compliments on my suits. I go to the Caribbean often, and I live in Florida, therefore, they get great use. I have spent hundreds of dollars on suits and the quality is the same that I have purchased from Swimshy. Looking forward to ordering more! The price is amazing!
Horrible company
Horrible company. In April 2023 I ordered from them few pieces of clothes. I was pretty disappointed with the quality and fit of their products. Bathing suit was very loose and baggy while coverup was very tight and small. I emailed them and asked how can I process a return. They replied that it won’t be easy to return and offered $10 off my next purchase. Seriously? I insisted on my full refund so they said I have to ship it to China and they can only refund my money when someone in China will receive an order so I have to be patient. They provided address. I shipped my order to China on March 3rd, 2023. Today, on July 21, 2023 the package came back to me with the stamp that it was undeliverable. This company a total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Beyond mad. Sad I can’t write review somewhere else.

Swimshy.com is a fraudulent company. Please, please, save yourself the hassle and headache and buy your swimsuits from reputable companies. What they promote on their site, the quality of what you get and the timeframe it takes for an order to be fulfilled is terrible. Their customer service is terrible. Please, please, they’re not worth it.
