The canvas was beautiful and clearly marks the correct yarn for each square. But the yarn is horrible. I ordered two canvases. Both came with not enough thread. Customer service sent me additional thread but it took 6 weeks. I hate having to complain as I enjoy needlepointing and welcome any company that helps me enjoy my hobby but seriously. Not enough thread to finish the job? Careless or clueless!!!

I’ve ordered several pieces. Most were ok. My only issue is that the instructions should be created on a medium that IS water resistant to avoid loosing the integrity of the instructions. Especially on the pieces with a lot of detail
I've ordered several times from Tapestrymarket and I have always been satisfied. The kits are nice, easy to use, and come with plenty of floss to make the kit.
I have ordered several times and was pleased with everything. But the last 2 I placed not so much. One item a wooden thread holder was broke in half. In the other counted cross stitch was sent instead of stamped. I can not do counter anymore. I have tried to email to their service address and neither one got sent. Very displeased

You keep sending most of my orders back and forth to around three cities in my state You always have my zip code off by one number. It gets really frustrating to see that if the zip code was correct in the first place my order(s) would have come 3-4 days sooner!! Otherwise that’s the only issue I have with you

This is my second order from Tapestrymarket. Each order arrived in full and even though the projects take me a (very) long time to complete because I'm new to this and slow, I love doing them. There is something for everyone and they have the largest selection and best value. Product quality is the only option I've known and have no complaints. Shipping was fairly quick and I believe came from a warehouse in Canada for me (also in Canada), so not even a long oversea's wait time! For customer service, I missed entering my unit number in the address and worried about it not being delivered. Be aware their office is in China, so turn around time was at night for me, and at first they didn't respond so I sent a follow up email as my problem was time sensitive. They wrote back to the second email very quickly and resolved the issue entirely. I highly recommend Tapestrymarket and will be using them again in the future.
I was able to order and receive my package in an orderly fashion. It was on time and I enjoyed it very much. I started doing it immediately. I loved tapestrymarket so much I even told a few co workers about it.
For me cross stitch is my self care. Typically look for different style and themes in patterns that can be used as gifts either planned or unplanned. Currently have about about a dozen completed projects just waiting for the right recipient. So when im purchasing new patterns varity and cost are important. I found both of these things well satisfied on Tapestry market.
So not like the Aida cloth given with the packages I ordered. I ordered counted cross stitch kits, not stamped, yet the fabric I received have stamped blue lines for counting. DO NOT LOKE THIS. If they do not cover properly with the stitches or wash out, I will never buy again.
Super cute, super affordable. The tool selection is very helpful. 4 stars ONLY because there can be some SLIGHT discrepancies on the placement of the printing vs the cloth.
