Was awful. Do not ever use this business. They let fraudulent sellers get away with business transactions and then tell you that they never received your funds.

I did a payment via bank direct to the seller.seller did send the package its on my way i think.but i did a second payment via tazapay for the samr goods how can i refund my money.i contact the seller many times but get bo respond i wany my money back the second payment via tazapay was my fault .but i did pay 2 times for one order .one payment when will it refundcto me

This service is misleading

This service is misleading! Don't be fooled by the slick marketing and initial communication when you sign up! They WILL pay the supplier BEFORE the goods have arrived which defeats the object of being an escrow company!! they do not ask you to verify you have received the goods instead they as the supplier to verify!! How does that make sense?? My package never arrived but supplier got paid anyway I would NEVER use these people again! It's all smoke and mirrors and quite frankly a waste of time!

Tazapay is legit for making purchases…

Tazapay is legit for making purchases for items out of the country but remember once you send the money it’s gone you cannot reverse it and you cannot get a refund for any reason so make sure what you are buying you really want because once you hit send it’s gone!!!….Tazapay said no refund was made because purchase was shipped, before the item was shipped or even packed in less than 24 hours from payment I asked for refund and to cancel, I was denied refund…so I stand my ground as this is what you get. I will update upon receiving my medications

Release the payment upon the receipt of tracking numbers

You should release the payment upon the submission of the shipping document with tracking numbers. You should protect the clients' purchase experience. Payment first and late/delayed delivery is not the right way to do the business. Many times, the supplier just ignore the asking about the tracking numbers. It took many many days for them to reply.... The attitude before they expect to receive the orders and after receipt the payment is completely different.

OK but Could be better

Would be better if they released the funds "on receipt" of the delivery. I never received a shipment, but Tazapay still paid the seller
