However, looking at your account, we see that your coach was actually able to accommodate your preferred schedule and successfully completed your lesson. Regarding your experience with our team, we pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible during normal office hours. Our records show our last correspondence with you was resolved in March, but if there is a new issue, we are always here to help. Finally, we apologize if you are having trouble unsubscribing from our emails. Because our automated system does not allow us to manually remove email addresses on our end, the best way to stop receiving these is to block the sender address or mark the emails as spam.
