Knocked a star off because I ordered two pairs and they only had one in stock. Tenda glasses provided me with the option of of an alternative pair that I am happy with.

Hi, my order is TD2410065568006, I registered and placed my first order with you on your site about two months ago. I couldn't see well with my glasses at all. I went for a check-up with the glasses at the nearest optical center. They checked the glasses and it turned out that I received one whole number less in my left eye than I ordered. I contacted your support and proved with photographs that I received one number less in my left eye. Finally, after arguments and proofs, they said they would make me a new one, and to this day I haven't received it!!!!!! Thank you Gadi
