I really thought that this place in the Glendale Galleria Mall would have more services to offer customers such as facials and better customer service I have emailed there corporate office and I get no response whatsoever in regards to my concerns cause every time I walk by that store there's no customers and no employee's at the front desk this has happened a lot and I feel that either they need to step up there business or go out of business because I truly wanted to try some of there products but unfortunately they don't have an Esthetician to do the demo's or facials

It's taken me about a year to actually place an order & I'm so pleased I did. I love the smell & how easily the oil is absorbed. It is a little pricey but after just a few weeks of use, my skin is looking better. I brought it because as I've got older I can see my arm skin loosing tone. I think it'll need longer than 2 weeks to see a marked difference to them but I love the oil so I'm happy to continue with it. I have read that you can heat the oil in a bowl over hot water to make it go further. I wonder if you can just stand the bottle in hot water before you use it each time?

Ive been using these products for a few weeks now and i have to say i am more than impressed. I have extremely dry skin especially my legs and the body oil transformed them. The facial oils are amazing and really hydrate my skin and they are not greasy and dont stain. They come in lovely boxes and delivery is very quick. Prices are very reasonable, i have swapped to these having used a much more expensive brand that was not anywhere near as good as these products. So nice that someone has products specially for older skin. Highly recommend

I’ve been using this for 6 months, maybe I expected too much, but I can’t see any difference. The cream itself is pleasant, but a tube of any sorbolene would do the same. I didn’t bother asking for a refund.
Namaste Our products are natural and based on Ayurveda, which is not a quick fix, and it is best to use them consistently over a prolonged period. Consistency is the key! How long it takes to see results varies depending on the hydration and current condition of the skin. To claim a certain time limit for specific results, in general, would almost amount to be dishonest and thus we, with the best intentions, cannot specify. We recommend taking before and after pictures. We often don’t notice the subtle results when looking at our skin daily, but the more you use it the better the results. Hope this helps
I have ordered 3 times so far! I love their products! I am 61 years old and I have no illusions about turning the clock back 10 year but I will say they stand before their products and they seem to work. My skin feels fantastic! If you have a question they will email right back - if you have a problem, they will work with you to fix it.

Horrible experience. I ordered their product for my wife’s birthday. Got it mailed to BC in canada. Was assured that it would reach here on time. No package arrived . What I received was an envelope saying the package was damaged. They mentioned that they will Re mail it . Told them to mail it to Seattle so that I shall drive 2 hrs to pick it up . They assured me that it would be express mail. Neither the product is mailed neither someone reaches out . I am told that the issue is expedited. Product may be good I have not tried it but not at all professional how things are being handled.

The products are wonderful and do everything the website promises they'll do. My skin and hair have never looked better. The customer service is excellent as well. At first I thought the prices seemed high, but the products last a long time and in the end are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company and its products.

I recently bought a product, very curious to see if it was as good as all the reviews said it would be. After hearing nothing for quite a few days after my initial rider, I emailed the company to find out whether my order was on its way. I got an email back very promptly, and a few days later my order arrived. I was very impressed by their communication. And was I blown away when the product arrived. When I opened the box I was really intrigued at the beautiful packaging. It made me feel all excited and bubbly inside. But when I opened it and put some on my face, that's when the true magic happened. The fragrance really ignited so much happiness within me, and the way it felt on my face was absolutely glorious. I've tried many skin oils and I can truly say that this product is leagues ahead of so many of those expensive paraben laden products out there. I love that this product is so natural. I will definitely be buying more of their products. I see some people are skeptical and refer to the fact that the good reviews are fake. I had read many of the great reviews and knowing that some companies actually do buy reviews (that are fake) it's understandable that it would make one a bit skeptical. I can categorically say however, that this review has not been bought and the product has absolutely earned its stripes on every level. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I felt it was very necessary to leave a review for a company and products that are truly amazing.
