DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. THEY’RE A SCAM. I ordered from them June 20th 2024 and spent over $200 on products. It’s July 27th over a month later and I still haven’t received any package from them. I reached out to customer service and they told me my package was “on the way” on July 6th. It’s been two weeks since then and I still have no package. I’m in the logistics industry and know it shouldn’t take THIS LONG to get a package from anywhere. Unless it’s a customizable product based company. This is BS. They haven’t gotten back to me and getting a refund either. Going to have to take this up with my bank now. In today’s world $200 are needed more than ever. They’re stealing at this point.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this company. Products are great (my aesthetician says I have wonderful skin and asked what products I use.), customer service very responsive (I have contacted them.), and my skin is so soothed and nourished. Is it a miracle worker? No, but it is very natural with many botanicals and centuries of Ayurveda knowledge. It's also beautifully packaged and shipped quickly. Won't use anything else.

I ordered the duo of Yauvari Apliffied Youth Spring and Manjish Glow Elixer… I have purchased 3 times before, these dou, and have loved the product… This time I still love it, the Youth Spring was in a pump bottle ( great) , but the Exilir was in a dropper bottle and did not have a proper seal…. I was disappointed in this, as it seemed like it could have been opened before, although I’m sure it hadn’t….plus I’m not a fan of the dropper!! Anyhow, this trivial thing aside, I do love the feel of the products and my skin is baby soft.

I had a girlfriend try this and had not seen her for a few months and I was blown away ! she looks amazing I took pics of her and the bottles and came home and ordered it! I got it used it once and OMG I seen a difference in my troubled areas around my mouth Im 59 going to be 60 this yr . my doc thought I had botox and my neighbor thought I was 45!!! amazing products , price is good and they smell wonderful! love them not buying my old stuff again just this company.

The worst customer service. I received opened and leaked bottle , which I purchased as gift. As soon as I receive delivery of faulty products, I sent return request and images. After 3 days, no response at all. Never buy again.

I ordered 4 products from the website. In 3 days I received information it was delivered. However, I wasn't able to locate any products delivered. I have been sending emails, contacting the company asking to resolve the delivery issue. But it looks like nobody cares. I bought one of their products some time ago and it was quite good, with some delivery issues as well. At that time the order was delayed for 2 weeks and had to remind a few times. I just love the products. I am 71 & I get so many compliments on how young I look. My skin feels awesome. I absolutely love the products. Shipping is a little slow. However I have learned to order accordingly.

The pump on the lotion bottle is defective and doesn't pump. For $35 I want some assistance with getting this fixed. The company has not replied to call or email complaint. Not registered with the BBB to even get help from a corporate office.

The jar of eye cream feels nice but it does nothing like they say and it’s very expensive also found my skin felt really dry the next day after using the night oil but now iam told you still have to use your serums and moisturiser on the top i was lead to Believe that you only needed their oils

The products are sumptuous & smell divine. I’m probably onto my 3rd or 4th bottle of the Black Graam body oil. I’m not sure if it’s helped with crepey skin on the arms and legs though… which is the reason for purchasing it in the 1st place. Hence the 3 stars…

The oil dried my skin out more than it actually helped it. Not impressed at all. I will say they have great customer service and refunded my money 100% though.
