The products are very good, but the slow shipping makes me suspicious of the company. I placed my order on November 24th, and it's December 7th, and the website still says "order to be processed." I tried contacting customer service, but all I got was a message telling me to be patient... not very effective, then. Besides, I spent a lot of money on the products. I wanted to order more for my friends, but I'm giving up because I really don't think they'd arrive in time for Xmas. I hope the message helps me finally receive my order.

I use the Balaayah body oil since months now it’s super I cannot do without anymore my skin is luminous, hydrated, tonic, the delivery it’s super quick ! Highly recomended!

Having recently purchased 3 items following an online consultation I am leaving a review based on overall experience and products.
I ordered 2 face oils and a body oil. I absolutely love the face oils and both will be repeat purchases. Unfortunately the body oil wasn't great for me and I found that it didn't give the desired results and so I contacted the customer service team who offered a replacement product or refund, no questions asked. I opted for a replacement product and have been advised today that it will be issued. Overall completely satisfied with the company and have recommended to friends.
