Though I received a damaged product originally(sample leaked), I started to use the Kesaradi face oil which is amazing. It makes the skin on my face and neck so soft and dewy. I even find the smell quite pleasant now.

While the damage did not leave visible defects on the bottle, the leakage resulted in a significant loss of the serum, making it unsuitable for giving as a Christmas present. I understand that providing photos is often part of the claims process, but as the leakage didn’t leave visible signs on the packaging. No refund was given, disappointedly
