The Black Wear—-Ordered 4 items which I thought I was patronizing a black company (the black wear) with black models. AI generated, but black. I received the product 30 days later and the product came balled up in a plastic bag type. This was just awful quality of product and delivery. The t shirt i ordered looks nothing like the picture in the sales advertisement. I was very disappointed and its ridiculous that there is no contact phone number.. the sales picture shirt looked awsome. The actual shirt didnt have the awsome clor or stitching as the picture

The tee shirt I received was at least 2 sizes too small. I contacted the company 2 weeks ago without any response. Would’ve liked rate them with zero stars to match their ZERO customer service.
Do not order from this site. You will not get the items. They are a total scam site. It took months to update the shipping. When I contacted them they said the item was shipped and it wasn't. The tracking numbers are not traceable from the post office.

This company is a scam. The products are nothing like what you see online and I wish I had googled them before purchasing anything. When I requested a refund, they offered me a partial refund only and after several email exchanges, I gave up. Do not buy anything from them.
I only gave them one star because zero wasn’t an option. I ordered a beautiful multi-colored sweater. I received something that looks like it was cut with a cookie cutter from felt material. My order was confirmed, the payment was confirmed via paypal - and after that there was no reaction whatsoever. After 11 days I wrote and got an answer within one day. They asked me to have patience. I wrote back that I CANCEL my order. On the same day they wrote back that I will be refunded within 5 days. These 5 days are over now. No refunding. I warn everybody from ordering anything there.
Just FAB! The hoodies and zip hoodie I bought are just fab. The colours/print are exactly like photos. I ordered 2XL for a UK size 20, and they are certainly big enough! My only awareness that I would mention is they are polyester outer fabric with a kind of flocked cotton lining, not a thick jersey material that one might be familar with for hoodies. But can't complain. Received in a few weeks.. am a happy customer :-)

Now then I decide to search up the Blackwear.com up comes[wintersweet] so I contacted them to ask for the proof of purchase,1 week later I got a reply saying "your order has been shipped tracking number 000000000 have a nice day". It is very hard to make contact and although payment was through Paypal they direct you back to winter sweet. Eventually the two items arrived on 17/10/25 and honestly when the delivery arrived I could not figure out what was delivered becauset he package was so small it didn't occur to me what it was. A small corner was opened then I knew OMG!!!! I tell you no lies it's made of almost the same material that they put behind headboards behind and underneath sofas. I have notified Paypal and now await an outcome. PLEASE I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY,not because of where it's from but the customer service is non existence and the quality well , falls below shocking.
I ordered a sun dress. It arrived without any delays. The dress is not as advertised! I emailed the company and they want me to keep the dress and offering me a 30% refund. After 2-3 days of email exchanges they went dark.
Do not buy from this retailer. I paid $60.00 for a Geometric designed hoodie. It arrived approximately 3 weeks later and I was highly disappointed. The material was nice but not labeled so I don't know what it was. In fact it was bare with no tags or size indication. The hoodie looked as if someone cut out the shape of a hoodie, stitched it together in a hurry and mailed it. This is totally the unfinished work of an amateur and worth maybe $10 and I'm being generous. I requested to return the hoodie for a refund but they told me to keep it and they will refund 30%. My wife is going to finish the hoodie for me so theblackwear.com can kiss my ass and keep their garbage. Never buy from this place.
To their “Contact us” link, 2 simple questions were asked after browsing their site. The first of which was “Is theblackwear a black owned company?”. The response went unanswered while they only partially answered my 2nd question, regarding sizing. It was apparent that this company couldn’t possibly be black owned. And of course, a simple search confirmed this. This company does a great job of marketing itself to black people, using strong ethnic imagery. All the while, masquerading as though they are. Sorry, but this is not what it seems to be. The reviews speak for themselves.
