This site is a complete scam. I ordered two shirts on June 12th and payed for express shipping to get them by Juneteenth. Of course I never received them. I emailed them 3 times for a refund. They ignored my request the first two emails. The 3rd email they gave me a tracking number and said they couldn’t refund me because they were shipped. They gave me that tracking number on June 27th. As of today July 2nd that tracking number doesn’t exist and I still don’t have the shirts. Don’t waste your money. This site needs to be shut down ASAP.

They’re using AI-generated images of both clothes and models. Take a look at their Facebook page — same captions reused with different photos, and most products are shown with just one single image, no alternate angles, no real-life shots.

When I saw the black wear site I was so impressed with the clothing especially the men shirts.
So happy I didn’t order anything and disappointed with the reviews.
The item I received was OK quality for the price and took a reasonable amount of time to arrive considering it was shipped internationally. Great design. No complaints. May buy again.
I ordered three shirts on the 19th March which still have not been dispatched, despite me writingtothe London Office on two seperate ocassions to inquire whenthey would be dispatched. The reply I got was dissmissive and absolutely unhelpful.
DO NOT buy from this company, they are not in the USA as they would have you believe, they are in fact in China and once they have your money they willkeep you dangling.
Very poor quality. I wrote the customer service team a letter which, no one ever responded to. I am very disatisfied with the quality. I have never seen clothing so poorly made. It definitely does not fit the description. Do not buy from them unless you want to pay for trash.
This company does not deserve even 1 star. Let me begin by saying they misrepresent who they are. They are a company based in China who targets black clientele specifically. No problem just be honest, people will buy from whoever they want to buy from. Next Chinese sizes are not comparable to US sizes. Their large is our medium and so on. They say they offer 4XL, NOT!!! They have nothing close to that size. In fact they basically stop at XL. That's as good as it gets. Your order arrives around 30 days later because it's coming from China but they pretended they are within the US. Getting a hold of them is like pulling teeth and when you finally make contact their responses are extremely slow, ineffective, frustrating, unprofessional, and absurd!! The customer is expected to pay for their own return and the return cost is not refundable.

Wish I had viewed Trustpilot before I placed order. It’s over 30 days and Blackdy shipping provider, Track718, still shows my measly package ( one ball cap) hung up on US customs. I hope the product quality is of value whenever it arrives. I’m requesting a refund from PayPal in five more days. Enough!

Like many others, if I could give zero stars, I would. Took just shy of a month to get my clothing. Everything was made (poorly) of thin, cheap fabric.
My intention was to support a Black owned company. I was not happy to discover that the company is headquartered in London.....and the clothing is all made and shipped from China.

My name is Veronica Duff and I believe black wear to be a scam. My Package was not delivered to my door, I called them they hung up on my call, called again today 3/11/2025 I'm still holding on phone 45 mins, to talk to live person.

Not received my clothing that I ordered over 5 weeks ago. I’ve had very little correspondence except to say a few weeks ago that they have had a lot of orders and they’ll ask warehouse to expedite the order. I’m disappointed with myself that I fell for this scam!!!!

This is NOT an American based company. Like a lot of China scammers they have a company registered in UK. I was glad I paid via PayPal and the payment details were the same as a previous problem buy. I cancelled my order warning I would go PayPal Resolution and got refund. However there are far too many scammers utilising PayPal now.
