我们的安装人员 Handyandyknoxville.com 对于改进方向有一些想法。
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience — this is exactly the kind of feedback that means the world to our team. We're glad Patrick was able to help you dial in the right size for your existing slab. Getting those details right upfront makes all the difference, and that's why we put so much emphasis on being available before you ever place an order. It sounds like you approached the build exactly the right way — watching the video, measuring carefully, and nailing those post distances from the start. That's the single biggest piece of advice we give every customer, and you clearly took it to heart. The fact that everything dropped into place, including the crown molding, is a testament to your precision. We also appreciate the honest feedback on the manual diagrams. We're always looking to improve our installation resources, and notes like yours help us identify where we can make the process even smoother for future builders. And we're sorry about the missing rain guard — glad Patrick was able to get that resolved quickly for you. Enjoy your new pergola. Built right, it'll be there long after that 20-year-old wooden one is a distant memory. — The Luxury Pergola Team

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're glad Chase was able to walk you through everything and get your questions answered before assembly. It makes a big difference going in with confidence, and it sounds like the end result speaks for itself. Enjoy your new pergola!
John, thank you for such a thorough and thoughtful review — this is exactly the kind of detail that helps other homeowners who are weighing their options. Twenty years of searching is no small thing, and we're honored that our pergola was the one that finally checked every box. It's great to hear the white finish is working so well with your light concerns — that's a detail a lot of people don't think about until it's too late. And the LED strip lighting along the gutter is one of our favorite recommendations. It completely transforms the space at night. We're glad Chase was able to be a resource throughout the process, and that the Miami-Dade compliance gave you the confidence you needed for your waterfront property. Enjoy your ideal outdoor space — you've earned it!
Thank you! That means a lot. We hope you enjoy it for years to come!
We love hearing that! We worked hard to engineer a system that combines high-quality materials with a simple, clean design that is actually easy to build. We are thrilled that the installation went smoothly for you. Enjoy your new space!
We can't wait for you to see the finished product! We are so glad Mark was able to help you dial in the design and answer all your questions. The design phase is critical, so it’s great to hear his feedback was useful. We are counting down the days until next month—get your tools ready!
Thank you! We pour a lot of time into the engineering and design phase to ensure exactly that—a perfect fit. It is wonderful to hear that the components came together smoothly for you. We appreciate you recognizing the quality of the build!
Thank you! Our goal is to support our customers at every single stage—not just the sale—so it is fantastic to hear that you felt taken care of from the moment you ordered until the final piece was installed. We appreciate you choosing The Luxury Pergola!
Thank you for the detailed review! Being 'Made in the USA' allows us to turn around custom orders like yours much faster than the industry standard, so we are thrilled you were impressed with the delivery time. We will be sure to pass your kind words on to Mark. Good luck with the winter installation—we know that lake wind can be no joke!
