Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad to hear you love working with our designers — that means a lot to us! We understand the challenges that can come with freight deliveries, especially in situations like apartment access and stairways. Our shipments are typically curbside due to the size and weight of the products, but we do offer upgraded delivery options upon request. We always encourage customers to discuss any special delivery needs at the time of purchase so we can explore available solutions.
