Thompson Creek Window Company

Hi Debbie! We’re so glad to hear you’re happy with the quality of the product, the precise installation, and the overall finished look. We’re very sorry, though, for the delays caused by the two canceled install dates and for the confusion around the dual shower operation. If you have any additional questions, please send your account information to [email protected] so we can ensure you get the answers you deserve.

Hi Sherri! We’re glad to hear your installation went so well and that you’re enjoying the finished windows and door, but we’re very sorry for the early frustrations with communication, incorrect details, and delays in getting updates. You should never have to deal with those problems during your project. Since one of your windows isn’t closing quite right, please send your account information to [email protected] so we can take a look and make sure everything is corrected for you.

Hi Steve! We’re thrilled to hear you found our windows to be the best fit and that our installation team worked efficiently and answered all your questions. Smooth operation, great appearance, and the right balance of energy efficiency and clarity are exactly the level of quality you deserve. Thanks for choosing Thompson Creek!
