Sent the completely wrong kind of hats…

Sent the completely wrong kind of hats won’t respond at all except with generic AI responses to email. Looks like I’m not alone. This company is pathetic.

There customer service is a joke, totally unacceptable.

I selected a hat from this company, when it arrived it was a totally different hat, I contacted the supplier who informed me that the best offer was a $8 dollar refund (Item was $78) they informed me that they knew this was not a good outcome for me. After a lot of emails the offer now is 50% and I pay for the item to be returned. My advice for anyone who thinks about buying from this company is, don’t do it!!. There customer service is a joke, I have reported them to PayPal in the hope that they will intervene on my behalf, when I informed them that I was going to do this, they said that this would lead to a very long delay in it being settled, I think that speaks for itself.

I love the hat. Has a great feel. Unfortunately it is a little large. I have it to a friend who also lives the hat. I am buying another; a size smaller.

I love the choices

I love the choices. My only concern is that I think I was supposed to get one free with a purchase. That option was never 👎🏾 available.

Stay far away

Company is a total fraud. Hat delivered was not close to the hat ordered. Request to return hat for refund was met with resistance and a warning that returning the hat would be very difficult and expensive due to the hat having to be returned to China. This was after their website claimed the hat was "hand made in Ecuador" and the company listed an address in Houston. A $6 refund was offered and I declined. When I said I would send the hat to the Houston location I was told that was not possible. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and received a full refund. When I disputed the charge, Tiendahat suddenly found that they could give me a full refund if I dropped the dispute. Tienda processed my initial payment through PayPal, even though I did not authorize a PayPal payment. Apparently, Tienda does not want PayPal to know they are using PayPal without clear authorization. I did not drop the dispute. Tiendahat is a typical Chinese scam operation. Stay far away.

Great site with lots of choices and price points. A good place to start your Panama hat journey.

Love the fact that you have lots of choices in a number of price points. It gives a first time buyer a chance to experience your products without jumping into the deep end of the price pool. If the hats are as well done as the website, I believe that I will be very happy.

If there was an option for no star I…

If there was an option for no star I would have opted for that! I ordered a ‘teardrop’ pork pie hat from them, what arrived was a cheap straw cowboy type hat that you see Mexican farmers wearing! I emailed them and pointed out they had not sent the correct style and requested they send me what I had ordered, they offered me a discount of $5.00 and explained that any replacement would be the exact same style! These hats do not originate in the US which the advert leads to to believe, they come from China and there is only one style of hat! Do not order from them, it’s a waste of money!

I loved the selection of hats. I saw that if I purchased 2 hats, I would get free shipping. I purchased 2, I was still charged for shipping. Oh well, so I deducted (1) star. Almost a perfect experience.

I like the style of the hat

I like the style of the hat. Better product description says 6x is it fur felt and what is the blend. Show picture of the inside of the hat. Also I had to email you to find out if the hat was made in USA you responded yes.

placed order and received the incorrect size hat. requested and offered to return wrongly sent item. hat cost $35.99 plus shipping and handling of $8.99 they offered me a refund of $5.00 this was unacceptable. till today they have sent me my money. they made the mistake not I. Please do not do business with this company. nothing but a rip off.

Chinese garbage

They will send you something similar to what you ordered. Made in China garbage and when you request a return address they give you an address in China that will cost more to send back than what you paid for the crappy hats. Total scam.
