I ordered a wig on September 19th. I was sent an order number immediately. Five days later on September 25th I received another email saying that the package containing my wig was tied up at customs. On September I was sent another email saying that they were sending another wig out through fed ex. The email included a tracking link that you can click on. Once I clicked on the link a message comes up saying fed ex couldn’t track the package try another tracking number. This company is a fake and the people that leaving good reviews are the scammers as well. I wouldn’t order from this company at all. Still today no tracking st all.
Wig quality was garbage. The wig shed ALOT and clump of hair came out. I now have a bald spot. All I did was spray the hold spay and comb the hair into place and the hair broke off. I've worn lace wigs since 2009 and NEVER has this problem. My other unit from them didn't have this problem. I just won't order again since the quality isn't consistent.
No stars , DO NOT BUY this mess, it’s nothing like the wigs that they show and them ugly wigs are not cut right look like Ray Charles are Stevie Wonder made these HORRIBLE HORRIBLE a.. stanky wigs look me up on Facebook and I will show you how bad this wig is like a one year old did this mess to this ugly a. Wig and they low down make you pay for shipping and handling if you do a return
FedEx delivered my hair to the wrong address and the company was no help at all I filed a claim and the claim was denied due to me not being the shipper I then followed up with them stating that I needed them to provide written proof that they waive their right to pursue a claim on my shipment and this was there response “ Dear.we Really understand your moods.but it is the duty of FedEx for both of us. and we paid high shipping fee to them. we will urge them to survey it for you Asap. Any news, We will let you know.pls don't worry.”
If I could give them a negative star I would. My ordered is NOTHING like I ordered and the length isn’t even close to being correct. Whatever pictures they are using on social media are not the actual pictures. It probably from some other site. I’m very disappointed. I think people are giving good reviews so they can get free products or to become ambassadors to the brand.
I ordered a couple of wigs on separate occasions. I ordered customized, it never came customized, even when I emailed to double check.
My hair was over bleached so the hair sheds a lot all the time, it’s embarrassing.
It’s not human hair do not buy, it’s a waste.
I placed an order for a very expensive unit and it arrived looking nothing like the picture! Everything about the unit was different. The cut wasn't as pictured. The elastic band inside is flimsy and thin but the picture has a thick double strap. When I reached out they basically state they don't do refunds but instead will offer me a big discount on my next purchase! I will never order hair from this company again since they practice false advertising and flat out lie about accepting refunds.
So this is an update from my last review of Tinashe hair, after all the crap they put me through, someone reached out to me wanting to set things straight, she wants to give me a 40 dollar refund and put 110 points on my account I'm like wow they are really sorry about how everything went, NO not the case in order for me to receive it I have to take down my previous review here on trust pilot. I was taking back. I told her how bout this you keep whatever you was going to give me and I tell them how your trying to bribe me to take down my last review. I'm really beside myself, I will not be ordering anything else from this company. I advise everyone to think before ordering from them
They sent me a wig that was missing the clips to secure it to your head. Out of all the hair companies in the world you should not make mistakes like that.. then want to offer me 15 dollars off of 100 for my inconvenience,. That’s insulting

These reviews are undoubtedly fake
First of all the customer service is terrible. I ordered my hair Sunday night. Which the order was sent out 4-21-25 via FedEx, we'll win I told her to use another shipping company because they aren't reliable. They say it will be in the U.S 3 to 5 🚌 days so by Fri it should be atheist on its way. I didn't check on my order until last night which was the 27th it has not left China at all. I emailed the person all night till this morning asking her to cancel my order and issue a refund 6 emails later after going back n fourth on the issue she stopped responding
So this morning I called FedEx and canceled the order. I'm so pissed right now fir spending so much time on this one product with my birthday around the corner. So I can't order anything else till I get my money back. It seems like she doesn't want to issue a refund they want to keep my money. I just want to be done with this company and move on. My order is still not in the U.S but in Korea this is ridiculous something told me not to try this company I should have listened to my first mind.
Please guys I’m a real buyer!!! Beware!!! Even tho their website says 100% refund they will not give you a refund. I’ve been talking to two customers service agents, one told me I’m better off selling the wig or forcing it to fit and they can send me $10 refund. The 2nd agent was giving me a hard time but once I mentioned my blood pressure was high due to this back n forth and I would have to make an appointment with my doctor because of their actions, the 2nd agent finally sent me a return address smh this place is a joke!
I ordered hair from Tinashe 3 bundles and a closure in 613. This hair was not in my hair a full week and tangled and shed so bad. The closure also shed around the edges. Company offered to give discount on future purchase but no help with this hair and I was only able to wear it 1 week it tangled so bad. 18x20x22 with a 16 in closure.
I got a lace wig from this place, and the hair was great—minimal shedding, gorgeous curls. But the lace? After just two wears, it was practically gone! Please do better with the laceeeeeee.
I bought one wig from them that was perfect. The second one I bought was HORRIBLE ! I tried leaving a review but they kept deleting it. Dont trust them!
The only good thing about the wig I got is it was delivered fast other than that it’s terrible. The density is not 180% I never knew it was possible for deep wave hair to be so boneless, the hair sheds so much, the hairline was not plucked enough it looks like a helmet when I put it on and the 9x5 closure is just weird, the sides don’t even cover my own hairline even though I have a big forehead and my hairline is high up, the lace closure is boxy and oddly shaped terrible wig nothing like advertised
I have been using tinashe hair for over 5 years & I am officially done with them. The hair quality is AWFUL! Sheds like a dog, tangled and knots. It smells like chemicals. They used to be the best but they’ve opted to go the cheaper route. Their wigs are a synthetic mix now. Coupons never work. Recool & megalook hair are now my go-to’s
UPDATE: I am now being harassed via email about my HONEST review. They are trying to bribe me and offer refunds. Terrible company!
Update #2: tinashehair made an attempt to flag this review for removal. It did not work. Another example of how dishonest this company is. Any review on there website is controlled and untruthful. Trust me.
The hair is very pretty and it does not shed but it wig is sooo uncomfortable its not even funny! It hurts my head
