评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the hair, noting that it feels remarkably soft, full, and durable over long periods of regular use. People also appreciate the prompt shipping and professional support team, which handles inquiries and order adjustments very efficiently. However, some customers also noted issues with product quality, mentioning dry textures, unexpected shedding, or receiving items that did not match their original expectations. A few reviewers experienced frustrating delivery delays and a complete lack of responsiveness from customer service when trying to resolve urgent problems.

I was panicking that maybe I will not receive my order on time For Saturday lol they made it a priority shipping and communication was great love my hair and it's my 3rd purchase I received my order within 4 working days all the way from England 😝😝guess what still have 3 days to Saturday 😂
Follow up from the previous review I…
Follow up from the previous review I gave to this hair company. We all work hard and save to be able to buy a nice quality wig/hair. My experience was horrible. When I requested an address to return the wigs they took me around and around. In order for me to get a return address I had to remove the negative review I gave them but I didn’t. Read this text from them. I had to copy and paste because it wouldn’t let me add a photo this is what they said” Could you pls help us to remove the review? Then I can apply to creat a return label to you. You don’t need to pay the return fee. I can refund full order money to you at once after we receive the return hair” than I replied back and said “ No, I will not be removing the review. Paying customers needs to know the truth. I have the return address already it was sent to my email address last night “ So basically if you give them a negative review they don’t care if you are happy or not with their product. Please be carefully when buying products from these companies. I just shared proof on how they operate.

I can’t get enough of this company they are so amazing . I messed up my address and they quickly responded fixed it even confirmed and checked to make sure I received my package with no problems. Customer service 10/10 the hair is so full and beautiful my second time purchasing and will continue to purchase from them .
I have been ordering from them for…
I have been ordering from them for years. I have ordered bundles and wigs. The hair sheds BAD all their wigs shed their bundles shed. Everything sheds pretty badly after a couple of weeks .I highly recommend buying your HD laces somewhere else if buying a closure, frontal or closure frontal wig. Their “HD” lace they advertise is NOT HD. They will charge you more for it, but it is ultimately a Brown lace and will not be HD. I am currently looking at other vendors to buy from so I don’t have to order from Tinashe anymore.
