Received my hair quicker than I had anticipated, 2 weeks only and the hair was In South Africa, I love the texture of the hair, it does not shred , it is how it looks on the picture 10/10

Tried to write a review on their page but they only accept good reviews. All of them are fake. The communication with the vendor sucks. I sent a couple of emails with no response. It took 3 weeks for my package to arrive. No communication with vendirvthe entire 3 weeks smh. It Almost didn’t arrive in time for my vacation. The hair was thin and only lasted a week. Now I’m out of more money buying more hair. The cap size is for a toddler. It’s waaaaaaayyy too small and I have a small head. I ordered 26 inches and I received 22-24. Wasn’t even the right length. And you won’t get a refund. This is horrible horrible business. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to waste your time and money.

Synthetic Wig $497.66

I ordered: 13×4 HD Lace Front Wigs Deep Wave Human Hair Wigs x 1 Length: 30 Inch Density: 180% Front Size: 13x6 Lace Wig This wig is actually synthetic (I know because I tested it by setting fire to some of the vast bushels of hair that has come out of it, it melts into a ball smelling like plastic ). Initially, the wig was very deceiving because it looked wonderful and felt great…. However, in a few weeks to months the true nature of the hair is revealed. It becomes brittle and sheds horribly, tangling, knotting and becoming hard. Bald spots and knotted patches form everywhere. For this wig to cost me a total of $497.66 it is absolutely unacceptable. I will never purchase from them again, if I wanted a synthetic wig I would’ve bought one for a lot cheaper at that.

Not too sure

This is my first wig I ordered 14 inch kinky straight because I want it to look as natural as possible first thing I noticed is its definitely not 14 inches more like 10 maybe 12 in some spots I measured it and no parts of it is 14 inches. Also it is supposedly to be pre plucked and it isnt. I plan to have it professionally installed and styled I will give an update on this review once that's done but for now I have to give it 2 stars....I paid for a 14 inch wig i should've received one🤷🏽‍♀️

DO NOT ORDER WITH TINASHE !! I been scammed!! I still haven’t received my hair and it’s been 2 weeks and my vacation is next week smh , they sent me 2 different tracking numbers that hasn’t been updated since the day I ordered then when I was emailing them asking them what’s going on I just want a refund they gave me another tracking number ! 2 days later still no up dates . Now their telling me no refunds . These are the fake tracking numbers I was given 3289459316 , 4393922492

I ordered on April 12th and 3 weeks later im still waiting for my order. I feel pretty much scammed watch out ladies. I wouldn’t order from them the customer service is also very bad. I already contacted PayPal. Save your money and order somewhere else. There closure is not that good only lasted me the last time 2 weeks. There are better hair vendors.

The hair was good

The hair was good. But the ends were too thin for my liking especially for a 26in. And the lace was hard to create baby hairs the way i wanted. The hair was very frizzy for the price and the texture. Overall it was okay. I would order again but maybe not a 613.

I bought Brazilian body wave with three…

I bought Brazilian body wave with three way part closure and the hair is nice and soft and dyed well however the closure smelled like a fish basket and had to wash 5?times to get the smell out. The 3 bundles i have didn’t have a smell so i got them installed most the hair with water for my photo shoot and the hair smells like ocean full of fish smh ughhhhh i was sooooo embarrassed the photographer was getting sick by the smell. I can’t believe this I’ve bout two wigs from here no issues and this my first time buying bundles and I’m very disappointed smh i think i have to find a new vendor this is horrible

At the beginning I thought the hair was great, but then the second time I washed the hair half of the wig was kinda white and full of blond/white plastic hair. it was not even transparent lace wig it was beige. They refunded my 26$ but they asked me to leave a 5 star review. the only thing that I can say is that the wig has minimal shedding nothing more.

STOLE MY MONEY

Decided to give this vendor another try since the last bad experience I had with them. I placed the order and everything went through fine. I made the request of making sure to send me a larger sized wig cap since the last one they sent was ridiculously small. I don’t have a large head and the first ever wig I got from them fit just fine so I was confused as to why the new wig I had gotten was so small. Mind you this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this vendor and each time I’ve spent over $450 CAD. They claimed I needed to request a larger wig cap but that’s no where on their site and why would I think I need to request a larger size if the first one I purchased from them was perfectly fine.. I left them a bad review for the last one and when they refused to give me better compensation than the little $25 they were offering me for a wig that was lifting off my head because of how small it was, I left the review. Fast forward to now where I decided to give them another shot and after placing my order, 2 days later I get an email saying they cancelled my order with no reason as to why and I’d have to wait for the refund to process. So of course I reached out to find out why even though I already knew and they claimed that it was the system that declined my order because they “noticed that the hair couldn’t make me satisfied” when really it was because they were salty that I left them a bad review. I directly told them I’m giving them another chance to right the wrong. I spent almost $450 CAD for a wig that wouldn’t even fit me and because I wasn’t accepting the little discount of $25 they were offering me now they want to make false claims. Their customer service could definitely use work. When you disappoint a loyal customer you should be begging for the opportunity to fix the issue. They just run away from it. EDIT: I checked my bank account and they didn’t ever refund the full amount paid!! They kept $23 of my money for a product that I didn’t even receive because they cancelled the order!! What scammers!!!!!

Copy of the email I sent to the company Hi Tinashe I placed a order with your company on 2/2/2022 , and I received my order on 2/14/2022 . I was having a problem with the delay of shipping , so I contacted your company and the representative that replied back via email gave me hope and it arrived the following day. Unfortunately I had the hair installed , and as the stylist was installing we immediately noticed tangling nots and shredding, in which I didn’t think was a big deal , to me it may have needed water or something sort of moisturizer. But that Was not the case. Nothing worked out after the installation, the next day the hair was even worse. In the packaging the hair looked beautiful, curly and amazing. But the look was deceiving. I would like a refund in the full amount of my purchase. Also can you send a label for a return of this hair as is as soon as possible . I have been along time customer of this company , and this is the worse hair I’ve ever received. Not to mention the price raise , and I spent a pretty good amount on this hair , and I hate it . I don’t know what happened to this management or ownership but something has changed.

Cheap Hair

Wig doesn’t fit like someone said: “It looks like you have a receding hairline”. They don’t honor returns in 30 days. They offer $5-10 refund from $316 wig. Wig was not full and didn’t look 200% density. My $6 crochet hair looks better. Ships from China. Avoid this company.

Bomb hd lace

This wig is everything ordered a 28in deep wave hd lace and the lace is awesome. The hair is so soft no weird smell. I just love how the curls come right back after I flat iron it straight. Can’t wait to order again.

I ordered a ten inch water wave 250…

I ordered a ten inch water wave 250 density. I just received loose wave 14 inch density 150. I am livid!!!! I will NEVER ORDER from this place again. They give you what they want you to have. I wish I could find a company that sends what they advertise. And what people order. I was so excited when I saw the package at my door.
