Full of it!

I ordered body wave bundles with a 5x5 closure. I was sent an email saying the 5x5 closures were out of stock and they offered me a deep wave closure. WHAT???!!! I declined and asked for a refund, they basically refused. However, they sent me an email stating that the 5x5 body wave closure had been restocked and that my order would be sent out. I received a 4x4 closure and when I contacted them they said they’d refund me $20. Never got that plus I’m HIGHLY disappointed

Tinashe Hair got me upset all over again I wrote a review of my order on May 21st,and let go of my frustration which this company. Here is is after 5 in the morning and they writing me On What's App to cancel my order and they will pay me 15 dollars. After I spent over 200 dollars. Take matters worst when I was trying to reach 9ut to them on What's App regarding My order they kept referring me back to email. Now that it's convenient for them to offer me a bribe they are contacting me via what's App. Where was that URGENCY when my order was lost!!! Don't waste your time with this company their service is horrible . I still do not recommend nor will I ever be buying from them again. I will spend my money with a company that values me as a customer and not just my money.

The hair was horrible ... it didn’t hold a curl and got matted extremely fast. It literally didn’t last a day. I paid $246 what a waste

They only do one cap size and I made sure to ask prior to ordering and they said put the size I want in the description and that’s what they’ll send so I did I asked for a small and still got sent a medium. The hair smelt sooo bad of fish even after two washes and overnight conditioning the smell is still present. They state 30 day money back guarantee that’s also a lie. They will refund you £15 of the price you paid and tell you it will cost a lot to send it back of them. Well take that guarantee notice off of your website. Will never purchase from them again I’ll stick to having my wigs made.

Receive my hair back in March, and I gave to say this is some beautiful hair. Very soft and highlights on point. The only negative thing is the wig was a little small.

Never received your hair & the customer service is very poor . They are very lazy people & don’t want to do there job. I will NEVER order from here ever again or recommend you to anybody

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Asked for a refund for my order because it went out of stock after I placed my order and never got it. I was sent a wig that I didn’t even order or want.

This is my 3rd time ordering from this site. The delivery was impeccable. However, the quality of the hair was not. I’ve ordered Brazilian body wave from the site before and was excited for this order. However, the hair is super thin, stringy, and shedding every time I brush it out.

I love the hair however for you guys colored wigs those pictures don’t match the product and that’s why I have to give you just 3 stars do better advertising with those colored wigs so people know what they are buying overall hair is soft full and easy to manage

Hair was so immaculate!!!!!! Best hair ever my favorite thing is when I wet it and lost the curls looks so pretty and not loose. Will definitely get this hair again 😊

Hair is soft and manageable

Hair is soft and manageable. So easy to get it back to wavy if I forget to braid it the night before. The only thing is it sheds when brushing it.

The hair didn’t take long to arrive

The hair didn’t take long to arrive , my order was correct , and all the goodies that came with it made the install so much easier and i loved them. The only issue was that the hair was kinda gritty like it had been dirty and it had a weird smell , but everybody should be washing the hair before you install it anyway. So it wasn’t that big of a deal , the hair holds curl so well , i just spray and go. It’s really soft too , no conditioner in it so far

This weave is terrible I only had it two weeks and it sheds like crazy as well as tangle and it’s dry. I want a refund so bad. Edit: update- they told me they would give me a refund. We negotiated an amount then told me they would not refund me until I delete this review. For me being an honest person I had to let my fellow sisters know. This company is shady! STILL NO REFUND.

Hair is very damage. Split ends galore. The hair was supposed to be 12 inches straight but there was so much breakage on the hair. I also bought a 14 inched wig... That wig had the same issues and was horrible as well.
