Never gave me my money back and scammed me on the lace
I did not receive my package
I ordered a wig from them and I was…
I ordered a wig from them and I was very excited. Well FedEx messed up and delivered the package 3 days before they told me and before we discussed and the package was stolen. I’ve begged Tinashe to do a claim but for some reason they refuse. I guess they think I’m lying or something but whatever the reason they won’t submit a claim. Soo FedEx says there’s nothing they can do for me if the shipper doesn’t submit a claim. I really can’t understand why they won’t. Soo I have no wig and no refund. Very poor customer service.
Trash!!!
I threw the 24 inch water wave closure wig in the trash! The closure did not match the hair texture! The closure had no curl at all once I washed it upon receiving the wig! The construction of the cap was horrible! It look like I had lumps on the back of each side of my head! I will never orde leave again!!!

The wig was a waste of money. I purchased the 24 inch lace front wig only for it to be synthetic throughout the wig & human hair only on the frontal. I will no longer be ordering any 613 or other wigs from Tinashe Hair again!

the first time i’ve ordered the 360 wig it was nice and soft and 180 density so it was quite thick great communication aswell, i’ve recently bought another wig 4x4 in 200 density this wig is thinner than the 180 density i bought previously, this 4x4 wig feels like a 150 density so i’m not quite happy about that but overall their wig company is brilliant nice hair and lovely people to talk too

The smell was just nasty. However after a very deep cleanse, the smell was gone. Besides that the hair is nice. The cap size I request is what I received. The fit is perfect. Would I buy from this seller again... yes.

The hair was good quality. It was shipped & to me earlier than expected. The ONLY issue I had was the advertisement said the lace was HD & it WAS NOT. My beautician has been doing hair for 20+ years & she noticed it was not HD also. She made it work though. My hair turned out lovely.
