Great hair it’s so soft and manageable

very nice hair. the hair arrived on time, soft felt good. no shedding, as a slight smell. got 16,18,20 inches loose deep bundles

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the hair SMELLS TERRIBLE.

The hair is thin. The isn’t any volume.

Horrendous

Horrendous! Their Curly Bob was so thin it was virtually see-through. One of the worse wigs I ever purchased. It's impossible to ship a wig back to China so I literally threw away $115, that wig is in the garbage. I wouldn't even wear it around the house.

I will say that the hair did came quick but when I opened the package the hair was brown no black and on the package it said it was 180% density when it was 150%, their reason for that is that they said they sold out of 150% density mind so they gave me the other density. Mind you I should of received a email regarding the session. I emailed them to get a refund and they gave me $20 instead of a full refund. Overall just disappointed.

At first I was really happy with this unit I ordered a 13x4 18inch wig and when I say I can’t do no part but a middle part because all the tracks are at the top of my wig like it’s not a whole front it’s not a 13x4 it’s more like a 4x4 and I’m disappointed! I can’t do nothing with the wig and I paid good money for it I don’t want it I just want my money back and I will post pictures !

Hair quality is okay , not 10 even 9a. Hair tangles and snags a lot. Definitely not worth the $180 I paid and this is not 200% density, more like 150.

The hair said 100% human hair, yet I cannot dyed the hair it won’t take. As a licensed cosmetologist that means it is not human hair. Second and last time buying hair from this company, false advertisement the hair it’s hairlike fiber but certainly not human hair.

Incorrect hair poor management robbery

They gave me the incorrect wig super big for my head and was not willing to give me a proper refund I spent almost $300 and could only get a refund of $20 to it’s robbery and I do not recommend ladies go else where Buhh don’t waste time on here! I will not ever be buying a wig from here again!

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. This company is a SCAM. The wig looks NOTHING like the one in the video. It's extremely thin, bangs are so short that that you can't even customize them (I'm talking someone just used some scissors and cut without a care). The knots are double knotted from the front to the back. I ordered a 14 inch and got a 10 inch and expected to get a refund of the difference. No word. Also, the hair quality looks fake, like its synthetic. Wasted $90.

I emergency ordered this frontal...

I emergency ordered this frontal because my other frontal on my wig fell apart. So this is a good substitute but the hair itself is a lot rougher than the rest of the bundles I have from a different company. So it does the job but it is the best quality of hair? No. It tangles, it’s dry, it doesn’t flow with the rest of the hair, and it sheds so badly. I’m buying a different frontal from somewhere else

Terrible terrible terrible!!!!

Terrible hair and terrible customer service. You can’t return easily and they know that but they don’t tel you before you buy. May hair was burnt!!! And they wanted to credit a few bucks (literally) on my next order!! As if I would EVER order from them. After they refused anything to resolve and we exchanged multiple messages, they agreed to give me back 20$!!! On almost $200 order, which again was burnt and singed and the closure was not even the same curl pattern. This company is a JOKE! Spend elsewhere if you ask me- unless you want to get taken for a ride and for your hard earned money. Disrespectfully!
