I’ve always wanted a big emerald men’s ring and found this gorgeous 7 carat Asscher cut ring at Tom Jewel and knew I had to have it. Although not a genuine emerald, it checks all the characteristics of one - - the color of a fine Columbian emerald- nailed it!; natural inclusions - looks just like them!; - the cut of the stone - precise!; the mounting - looks and feels like real gold. I think Tom Jewel really caters to details! I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer!

communication was wonderful

being able to talk to the owner about what I want and him understanding what my needs were. I am thankful he took the time for me. I love the Art and love they put into each piece. I wish the mail was faster but we can control everything. I love when my packages come!!...

Easy to navigate site. Big selection to choose from. Looks like good quality, will know more when item arrives. If quality is good , then the price seems fair . Looking forward to the bracelets arrival .

Well so far I am very pleased with your products. I did order a couple of rings that are the same but different sizes and the one has lost a stone. I have reached out to the Company and I have already received a reply, and was told to send a photo which I have done. And sent it back for review. But while I wait for a response I went ahead and ordered the 15ct amethyst in sliver. Purple is my all-time favorite color 💜 even tho it's not my birth stone.. I eagerly await it coming to me.. Today April 7th is the day I ordered the new ring.. late last month is when I ordered the others..

Officer JDCrawford

I appreciate times quality in this PRODUCTS. I appreciate his first response for Customer Service. Great company

The advertisement of the merchandise it looks as if it is truly valued at the creation of the pieces a lot of thought goes into the merchandise and creativity I will post again afterwards to assure satisfactory and if so I will be purchasing and advertising for sure

So far so good

So far so good, but I'm afraid of receiving items from me just ordered not nice to look at and above all I'm afraid of waiting excessively for the courier. I will be able to tell you more when I receive the goods if it is of high quality as I hope. For the moment thank you

I made a special request to have different colored stones put in a ring… They did not charge me any extra and they were very accommodating in making sure I got what I wanted… It’s very nice and I’m very happy

Today I received my order of two beautiful rings and lab grown diamond neckless for men. All three pieces I am very pleased with, I was a bit apprehensive buying from online store based in Hong Kong but took the chance after reading previous positive reviews. Tracking the parcel was very easy and Royal Mail deliver this end. The pieces all came in beautiful quality boxes and I would/ will be purchasing again.
