Do Not Pay For Expedited Shipping

If you care to contact me to see my emails and their emails please do. I am easily found in social media. There was no “demand”- they asked me to delete my initial review and they would expedite shipping and I placed two orders not three. These people are liars and I have the emails to prove it. Tonight they wrote me begging to remove my review but poor customer service, a failure to admit they know I had two orders for two rings is simple to prove with the transaction data. Two rings arrived and I was pleased. I ordered two more and paid for expedited shipping 4-8 days but yesterday when I asked why it’s still stuck in Chicago many days they sent an email from China saying “be patient it will be 3-5” more days which is not what I paid for. I have asked for a refund of the expedited shipping fee of 25 dollars and continue to wait and wait and wait. No refund no rings within 4-8 days per their website. Do not use expedited shipping as it is not reliable. I have their email offering to waive expedited shipping if I deleted my initial review about not being offered to buy expedited shipping and I did. That was for my first order. For my second purchase, I did pay $25 for expedited shipping. They saw this review and wrote me today claiming I paid for expedited shipping for DHL but not for Yun which is a lie since they offered to expedite at no charge if I removed my review so yesterday, I asked them to refund $25 for expedited shipping since they didn’t give me expedited shipping. In addition the rings that were delivered were from my first order and they expedited it as they promised so now they’re lying because I did pay expedited shipping for the second order which still has not been delivered and they consistently mislead you and now they lie so I’m giving them only one star when in fact, they deserve zero do not buy from Tom Jewel there are other companies that sell these cheap costume jewelry items that are based in the United States. I do not trust Tom Jewel to deliver nor should you. Please find me in social media to see their emails and mine in chronological order. These clowns are crooks and did not provide the service I paid for and I can prove it. They cannot

For the first order, we did indeed expedite the process, though this applied to the production phase; for the actual shipping, we selected a standard delivery service, which took 12 days—a duration that was truly unexpected for us. For the second and third orders, we used DHL, and delivery took four days, which was within the expected timeframe. Regardless, the fault lies with us; we made the wrong choice regarding the shipping carrier for your first order. We earnestly ask for another chance to serve you. We are deeply sorry for providing a substandard shopping experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with this ring! The quality is absolutely outstanding, and everyone who sees it comments on how beautiful and expensive it looks. The diamonds sparkle brilliantly, and the craftsmanship is exceptional. I did have one stone come out, but what really impressed me was the customer service. I contacted the company, and they responded quickly and sent me a replacement with no hassle. Standing behind your product like that says a lot about a business. Between the incredible quality of the ring and the excellent customer support, I would absolutely buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stunning ring.

I liked the order I put in

I liked the order I put in, however very dissapointed due to fact that it said that if I buy 2 rings the 3rd would be free which was not the case. Very dissapointed in the false advertisement.

To take advantage of the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" offer, customers need to place their orders directly on the website. When you select three items, the third one is automatically free.

I ordered a ring and it has been 12 day…

I ordered a ring and it has been 12 day with no ring. I have sent two emails with no response. They took my payment and there website says it has not been shipped. I will be contacting my credit card company. I would not buy from this company not professional and they take your money and you get nothing.

Be careful when ordering products…

Be careful when ordering products advertised as 925 Sterling Silver. In my case, after placing the order, the seller informed me that the items were not actually sterling silver and that genuine 925 sterling silver would cost extra. This was different from the product description on the website. To the seller's credit, they did refund my payment after I raised the issue, but I recommend confirming the material before purchasing.
