They trick you into taking the Ultra…
They trick you into taking the Ultra plan for a year of 2 months' unlimited generation for selected models, but the reality is it can take you days to generate one unlimited shot. The unlimited shots on Higgsfield used to generate way faster within 30 minutes or so, but here it can literally give you up to 24 hours for just one shot. That is insane. It's never worth the money and time you spend on it. You should not take this subscription at all, at any cost.
The system environment is awesome.
I love the system environment, the prices, and the promotions. I hope they can resolve the issue with the wait times in unlimited mode. The wait is very long.

There's no customer service
There's no customer service, only a bot that promises to return message the following day (it does not). The site constantly goes offline, interrupting workflow, the unlimited queue is so long, it's almost not worth bothering (up to sometimes 8 hours wait).
