nodes are better and we could watch all our work in one place inside film studio , all shots in one place is the best feature. if possible you can add a plan in which there is no monthy charge unlike all other models instead add balance and make video no extra charge. and add a option to change voice in video to any language and import audio .

very disappointing experience with TopView. AI frequently generates wrong or duplicate images/videos, but you still lose credits and pay for every mistake. The AI has deleted my project files/SceneCards without my authorization. Sometimes I have to wait 24–48 hours just to get 1–2 videos. That is a huge waste of money. Customer support does not respond to emails when serious problems happen. You pay for the service, but when the AI fails, the customer pays for the failure. I spent a lot of money and time on this platform. The system is unreliable, the credit system feels unfair, and the support is extremely poor. Think twice before spending your money here.

The marketing campaign focused on something that does not exist in reality. In truth, there is no such thing as an "unlimited" service. The "unlimited" plan is merely a marketing ploy to promote the standard plan. The figures are adjusted unrealistically simply to push users to exhaust their allowance. This is completely unacceptable. I regret paying for the annual subscription and am currently contacting them to cancel it.

I subscribed to the Pro plan and the video quality is decent for the price. But my experience so far has been frustrating because of how credits are handled. I expected around 400 credits based on the plan, but my account only showed about 85. I couldn't find a clear explanation of this in the app or on the billing page. Generation costs are also hard to predict: a 30-second clip on the default settings used 21 credits, and the built-in Agent couldn't tell me the cost before it started generating. Before I paid, generation also failed with "upgrade your subscription plan" errors, which wasn't clear either. Please make the credit allocation per plan and the per-generation cost visible before we click Generate. The tool itself is good, but the pricing transparency needs work. I've contacted support about the credit difference.
