SCAM !!!
SCAM! I never signed up for a subscription and my profile said I had a free plan but they still tried charging me for a subscription several times. I sent them several e-mails which they never answered and even after I deleted my account completely they still tried charging me for a subscription I never had. I bought credits to test the site and they used my card information to try to steal from me several times! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION!!!
This is a huge mistake
This is a huge mistake. I purchased the Ultra Plan for one year because I wanted to use the unlimited plan. But after purchasing it, I realized that there is a major scam happening behind the scenes. Even when there is no one in the queue, they deliberately set the estimated waiting time to something like 180 minutes. It feels like the long waiting time is being intentionally created. Do you think this is fair? I’m really disappointed after purchasing the Ultra Plan for one year.

Unlimited Generations are super Slow, Higgsfield is better.
After paying alot, the unlimited Generation are very slow, Taking 4+ and 8+ hours for one 30 seconds Video. I also used Higgsfiled, their unlimited generation plans are better, Takes time but not this much.

I spent far too much time testing this platform. The results are not reliable enough for real advertising work, especially when product packaging, logos, text, and character consistency matter. The AI frequently changes important details, and the amount of testing required is simply not worth the time. My own staff can produce better and more usable advertising videos much faster. I hope the product improves, but in its current state it does not meet my needs.
