I really think this was a very bad experience. I don’t know if I didn’t know how to use the panel properly or if I went into too much detail with the scenes, but I kept spending $10 at a time and could barely get even a 10-second video. I also think the chatbot should clearly show the token cost from time to time, like “If you do this, it will cost X tokens.” What I got in return was never worth the amount of money I spent. And seriously, what do you mean the work isn’t saved to the cloud? I closed the page, and all the work I had done was gone. I can’t even see it anymore. That’s really disappointing.
The inability to accumulate points is extremely unfair to users. I regret subscribing to your service for a year, and I will definitely subscribe to another platform that allows point accumulation after a year.

The reason why I bought the annual ultra subscription was because of the unlimited seedance 2.0 offer. However, turned out that it only allows for very few generations, owing to a very large queue. Ideally, how this should have been handled is, you should have offered unlimited to maybe a select few. But then, I believe you guys know that you won't attract customers if you don't promote unlimited. Anyways, I dont think I will renew my subscription, so will probably many others. The only good thing I can say is that credits are low cost compared to some other providers.
