商家自述
What we truly want to create is not just a store, far from merely a transactional space, but rather a place akin to an exhibition where enthusiasts of toys can sit down, chat, and freely share whatever they like. Each toy is a universe unto itself. Healing lives, embracing the essence of existence through play.

评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People frequently share how much they enjoy watching the live streams because the hosts are extremely entertaining, friendly, and welcoming during every broadcast. Buyers consistently point out the impressive variety of authentic items, ensuring everything arrives well-protected in secure packaging and perfect condition. Customers also appreciate the responsive support team that quickly assists with questions or order issues. Some reviewers were not happy with international shipping delays and rough parcel handling by delivery staff. A few other people also felt that certain free gifts or additional requests required more attention.

I'm a customer from day one I shop with them since two and half years now !!! I never had any major problems and the few trivialities were settled very quickly despite the time difference, the packages are very well packaged and protected... And fortunately because very often the delivery people play soccer with our packages!! 😂 You can purchase with no worries at all 💖

Ttmart shopping experience
I appreciate TTmart for a variety of reasons. To begin, all of the hosts are helpful, friendly, welcoming, and patient. That being said, it’s very easy to love them not only as hosts, but as sisters. Secondly, all of my orders are always packaged with care and if any issues arise customer service always makes sure to solve the problem. I also appreciate that there are new items to choose from daily and I especially like that customers are able to suggest new products for the shop, it truly makes the shopping experience a collaborative one. If you’re looking for cute collectibles and a friendly environment, TTmart is the perfect choice.
A very good store with high quality products and amazing customer service
My experiences with TTMart have always been amazing and well worth it. I placed my first order with them on 6/28/2025 and I still buy from them now too. The products, packaging, and customer service have all been great, and what I love most is the community they have. They have a livestream on TikTok where hosts interact with the customers directly and unbox their orders for them, and everyone is always so supportive, friendly, and helpful to each other on there. I have never found another livestream or shop that comes close to comparing to TTMart’s amazing team and community. And they go above and beyond to fix any issues with orders or other problems you may have. I highly recommend checking out this store!

If you haven’t had the opportunity to shop with TTMart, then this is your chance to join now! TTMart is one of the few blind box shops where they excel in all categories from their exceptional customer service, immediate delivery, secure packaging, and supportive community. TTMart ensures all their customers receive the best service, and are given the best opportunities to receive their IP targets and provide customers with innovative methods to up for chance IPs to pursue new chances/targets. TTMart is amazing
TTMart is amazing! From hosts to customer service, everyone is very nice and helpful. Never got a sarcastic comments, or anyone making me feel like my questions or requests are ridiculous or st*pid. Mistakes are human, and when it happens, they do what they can to rectify the situation and help you out. Prices are in the norm, and they don't try to extort any extra fees. TTMart has a wonderful team, on n off camera. And the community is the most wholesome one I've seen. ❤️ Hosts are so energetic and entertaining. If you haven't watched or ordered from them, I highly recommend you do.
the best shop around for blind boxes!
i found this website and the tiktok lives they do over a year ago when i was trying to find the best prices for blind boxes. not only are the prices some of the best around, but the website is easy to use and updated daily, and they have the best customer service. i have placed more than a dozen orders with them and have never had any issues with quality of products and everything has been authentic, and the packaging is always very secure. this is where i go to buy all the new releases of blind box plushies and beans! i highly recommend buying from ttmart.

TTMart has been the literal best shop I've come across who genuinely cares about customer experience. This isn't just any shop; it's like a whole family! Over the 16 months I've been a collector, I have only ever chosen TTMart as my go-to place!
