I bought several accessories for my mobile phone and the thing I liked best about tvc-mall is their quick responds and good valued for money products.Sometimes it was cheap to a point that when the items failed in the warranty period,I would rather buy another replacement than sending it back for replacement. After selecting 2-day shipping and being told the product was in stock, it took almost 2 weeks for it to be delivered. I bought this product as a test for wholesale and it failed miserably. The lens is not compatible at all with the phone camera's internal auto focus. The device is essentially useless and I cannot believe it is still marketed and distributed.

I like the prompt response when I submit the order if any parts are not available, they will inform me promptly. I would have given 5 stars if they can update their list of items regularly so if the parts are not available, I would not have ordered that part and that can prevent any delays in shipment. I also like the prompt shipment process, receiving the ordered items within 3 working days after they alerted me that the parts have been shipped out. My compliments to Mandy who has been very patient in liaising with me during the order and shipping process. Great Job!

The cover is great, however, the keyboard I thought I was ordering doesn't work with Yoga Tablet. But it was still worth what I paid to have the cover. It was still cheaper than buying it at the retail store :-)

I bought two replacement batteries for my Samsung Galaxy S4 mini. Both batteries are supposed to have higher capacity than the standard battery from Samsung which is 1900mAh. I ordered BATY-I9190-01 (2500mAh) and BATY-I9190-02 (2850mAh). After between 5-10 charge cycles on both batteries the results are poor, both batteries will not last much more than 24 hours in my phone. The standard Samsung battery last's easily 36 hours. The only positive thing about my purchase is the fast delivery by DHL. Update 16/1-2015. TVC-Mall wrote to me Tuesday, December 30, 2014 that they would contact me, still haven't heard anything yet!!!

Product is ok. bluetooth is not great, noisy micro. expedited shipping took 5 days to ship (on website says 1-3). then the carrier (DHL) took more than expected to arrive, then charged extra fees in addition to unlisted custom fees. ended up paying 2xshipping fees

TVC has a lot of stuff, a ton of stuff. Options really are limitless. But my problem came with shipping. I paid a lil bit more for the quicker DHL shipping option, but they still didn't ship the stuff until I was actually starting to expect it to arrive. Bought on Sunday, shipped on Thursday. Ouch

While the prices are pretty solid, the quality kind of reflects it. I bought 10 different cases, one wasn't able to get shipped, two (4 four total) got doubled up and 4 of the cases are broken. However, if we can resolve this issue through a store credit i would have to say I can live with it and would recommened the site, given what you paid for
