Item is not as decribed and I Phone 5 S does NOT fit case as decribed if you place any type of protective case on it.
The case which was sold is too small for a 5 S in any case. The 5 S will phone the case but you can have no protective case on it. Very disappointed with the item. you advertise it as for the Iphone 5 S but it is really too small. I am very surprised you don't know this.

I have sent in several orders to them, and orders always arrive promptly without much problem. Even when problem surfaced, my sales agent (phebe) would be more than willing to try to resolve the problem in the fastest way possible. They're trustworthy and responsible towards their customers. I began shopping with TVC a year ago when I opened my online business and I have ordered many times. All of the items are great quality, durable and functional. I also receive the best customer service with my trade manager, Phebe, with every order. She always lets me know when my item has shipped and if there is any issues with my order, she promptly notifies me. Once I received items that were defective, I emailed Phebe and she quickly rectified the situation. I have shopped from them once, and are mostly happy with the products I purchased. Considering the price of mobile phone batteries I bought it came as no surprise that they lasted only seven months. Can not expect anything else with a price of 22 NOK. mobile covers and the small earphones had surprisingly good quality. Recommend this company and will definitely buy more from TVC-Mall.

-They sent the items very fast thats good but high charge for DHL
-if you have question, you will get answer quit too..thats good but
-if you have reclamation about Poor quality or default then forget it, nobody will help you.
this is very bad behavior in this company espacially if you are a good costumer ( like me I have orders more than 22.000 USD ) in this TVC Company and when I claim about some items have default then nobody is interested).....never again.
by the way I will inform the bussiness-department in my Country about that.

When I first discovered this company I thought this could turn to be a long term cooperation as I buy spare parts on a regular basis but I got problem since my 1st to my 3rd and last order.
In the first order they didn't ship some items (Which I paid for) and didn't send me an email to inform! Once I received the parcel I was disappointed to see that some of the items I was in really need were missing.
They said they would ship it in a next order, since I needed more parts I didn't mind to give them a second chance and made a 2nd order.
Again problems, some items were the wrong part number and still I had some items missing!
I asked for a refund of the missing items, it doesn't make sense that they have my money if they can't supply for the item they advertised.
I wasn't given any refund, only credit if I wanted to make a 3rd order which at this time I didn't want. I insisted on the partial refund which was denied.
Since I was already loosing money I decided to make a small 3rd order to use the credit I had, again some items didn't arrive.
I must assume that this must be some kind of tactic to keep you buying!
Thing is I wouln'd need any of this tactics to keep buying, I would just need a good costumer service!
I won't be buying again as they are not reliable.

I like to order from tvc-mall . However I have had some hits and misses. The last time was a nightmare. I never received a confirmation that my order was ready even though it said it was in stock. So I called and was told that my order was ready. I showed up and the person online told me that she can not help me because she did not know what to do. My order was sitting right behind her. I asked if she would get someone and she said she couldn't. I had to find someone myself to help me. I would think twice before doing this again.
