Bought Umidigi A5 pro. After 3 months, it stopped charging.Got the new replacement, after 4 months It stopped charging again.Now the company is no longer replying my complaints.I got 2 dead umidigi a5 pro in 7 months. The worst of all the phones I got.You will love it until it stop charging.And that is the most common problem with Umidigi smart phones.Beware.
Worst customer service ever. Brought a umidigi X in sept within 5 months it just stopped working. I have sent them 70 messages regarding this and I still haven't heard back. It's now 7 months of a useless phone and nothing. DO NOT BUY UMIDIGI.

Umidigi doesn't have after sales service, they don't care about their smartphone again after it has been sold, no software update, etc. I applied for all their giveaway but never won. I hope I win the Umidigi Bison and I will be glad.
The F2 I own is a decent phone. Very few issues that can be resolved with a restart. This company however needs to greatly improve shipping times and online customer service. When these two items are greatly improved I will give them more stars.
Umidigi smartphones are good especially in term of battery life, design and software. I use the umidigi power which I'm still using right now because the software is clean and almost straight forward. But, I was disappointed because there wasn't any further updates or upgrades to it and also the stock Android was good enough especially for the navigation bar. Anything other than these are good at the level of price point. Umidigi, I'm looking forward to your better upgrades for the upcoming smartphones.
I got the A7 Pro a week ago,and I'll say it's a good budget device but it has mild heating issues especially while playing games and battery isn't as strong at expected.
I ordered the Umidigi F2 as it's specifications were impressive to me. Although there were issues in shipping it due to the Hongkong riots I did receive the F2 a few months later. I'm quite satisfied with my new phone and only had minor issues with it. These issues are resolved with just a restart of the phone. This is a good thing as online customer service support from Umidigi is quite a different story. Online customer service support was almost nonexistent right from the time I ordered the phone. So I can only give Umidigi three stars at this time. An improvement with online support will get more stars in the future.

The umidigi product are very good but the AliExpress store after sales service is very bad they didn't refund me on two products umidigi A5 Pro and umidigi upods both not working
Worst ever phones I had One word SCRAP .........NEVER THOUGHT A PHONE CAN BE THIS LOW BUDGET AND WORKS LIKE.....
