For now im going to give 3 stars since i dont have umidigi phone. But the specs is great because i tried to search about the phone since umidigi is rising. I think they need to improve more. Like sa external the features like that.

I have never used this brand, just saw ad, I liked it so I came to participate in the giveways and this brand is not even available in India.

UMIDIGI warranty repair

I warn you before buying products from this manufacturer. I bought a smartphone, after some time the defect of the lenses appeared. The official shop on the Aliexpres website does not want to make a warranty repair, does not read the messages sent. Servis Umidigi does not want to pursue this matter. It claims that it is not their competence. Send a link to the regulations as justification. However, in these regulations, point 4 clearly states that when buying from their dealer (such is the shop on Aliexpres where the purchase was made), Umidigi is decisive in the dispute with the store. The case has been going on for a long time, no will to repair under warranty. The scammers, a dishonest company, feel cheated and robbed. I advise against buying in this company, this whole company is one big theft, a fraud. Grade: - 10 points Of course I can provide the ticket number : TICKET-25721 Current case status - closed by Support Umidigi !!! I can provide screenshot , sent photos, video recordings, order number, date of submitting the complaint, all correspondence with the store on Aliexpres etc. Please only provide the way how should communicate with Umidigi (e-mail address etc.)

Damaged and weak phone A5 PRO

The lockdown has just finished in my zone and got to the post mail to get mail phone the last two weeks. The charger becomes so warm when I put in electricity and takes about 9 hours to get a full charge. The phone becomes very hot when I used it for more than an hour and afraid to get bombed. It's a very weak and damaged phone. I contacted Aliexpress and told me I cannot return it or get refund because the buyer protection time has finished.

THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!

My phone Umidigi F2 Phantom Blue has been peeling off the back cover since two weeks ago. I've already sent several messages to their store on AliExpress, but they don't even read the messages. I've already sent several messages to the Help center, on umidigi.com, but all Ben does is change the status to "Waiting for support" and no response. I have already registered the warranty form twice, where it says that you will respond within 48 hours and have been without response for two weeks.

Misleading advertising paired with no customer service

Bought a couple of phones from UmiDigi and was disappointed each time. My first phone, S2 Lite from UmiDigi, was riddled with bugs and misleading advertising. They said that the secondary camera worked on this phone, but it didn't and they lied. They also said the phone would get android 8 but they just forgot about it and after contacting them they never replied. They have poor customer service as they do not reply to questions regarding their fake promises. Also got another phone, the One Max, and yet again they said NFC would work, but it didn't, wireless charging made the phone shut off every time and no customer service, had to get Ali Express customer service to help. Would not recommend

It is hard for me to say. I have never owned a Umidigi. This phone has a good price and seems like it is a quality phone.

I've only ever had one Umidigi product and that is the Umidigi f2,an all around beautiful device that performs quite well
