Ordered the first time with this company no problem i think my first order was sweet bella ordered 3 other contacts months after, one being another color of sweet bella contact impossible to put in your eyes, they will fold on your finger messaged their customer service which made me do a bunch of stuff: provide receipts, take pictures, record videos just to get ghosted in the end with no explanation whatsoever i have lots of proofs i wish this site could let us post pics stay away

I was worried this company was fake because of how long the shipment takes. The first time I was literally about to report them for fraud before the shipment came haha. Now I've just made my third purchase from them! The contacts are fantastic. They don't feel the same as other cheap contacts and I'm so excited that they have different strengths in them. I would totally recommend this company. I also had a problem once in their customer service got back with me in no time.

Everything about my experience has been great so far, and I’ve ordered from here 5 or 6 times already. The contacts are great quality and they come with their own little contact case. My ONLY complaint is the shipping speed, but that’s because of location
Unfortunately my first ever Uniqso contact lenses will be the last I purchase. Even in the correct prescription the lenses cause blurriness. I’ve bought other cospaly contacts from HoneyColor and Pinky Paradise and never encountered this problem before. Sure sometimes you can see the rim of color if you’re wearing unnatural lenses but I’ve never had my vision feel like I’m wearing someone else’s prescription that is incorrect. I’ve been wearing contacts since I was 13, I’m now 35 , and have a good enough understanding of how your eyes are meant to see through them. I know I bought the correct prescription because the lenses I have from my eye doctor in the same power I can see perfectly out of but these ones made me feel like I was looking through a funhouse mirror. I’ve asked other friends who also purchase their contacts from this company and they’ve said their lenses have also caused blurriness but they thought it was normal, I assure you, it isn’t. I wasted my money on express shipping for contacts I couldn’t use for the con I needed them for and Im very disappointed. When I contacted customer service I was offered store credit which is no help to me, why would I want to purchase another pair of contacts if I can’t trust them to work as intended ?

Everything is wrong with this website and the people running it. They let me buy something then when I inquired about it after a month they then sent me an email saying it was out of stock.

They lost my order during processing. They did refund me, but not until I inquired about why I hadn’t received my order in over a month. It was kind of disappointing and the contacts were out of stock for 4 weeks if I had wanted them sent again so I just said no I’ll take refund instead.

My first time signing up to make a purchase. I purchased 10x pairs of contacts for an event a couple months away from date of my order. The order appeared to be shipped , a month later I stopped getting shipping updates. Contacted them via email urging for assistance, after many days a response came in to simple say just wait patiently. Weeks past I am getting more nervous as my event is nearing, contacted them again AFTER contacting postal service to file for missing or stuck package, they said it’s possible lost or damaged to contact merchant for reship or refund. Contacted them again pleading to resend or refund so I can re-order it, the response long after eventually came in saying as I didn’t pay additional fees for insurance there is nothing that can be done. My big anime event is now one week away bo sign of package, no assistance from UNIQSO & a lot of money lost. If this package ever in history decides to show up I will have no use for it anymore. My first time experience was a disaster. Very disappointed in the lack of willingness to help make my first time go smooth and encourage more purchases in the future.

They have protection plans but don’t honor them. Ordered contacts almost two months ago, have been in the same place for a month and a half and are considered lost by USPS. Told i won’t get a refund for potentially four months???
Hi, our support team have requested a copy of email from USPS which you mentioned has considered the parcel as lost. Otherwise, in order to submit a lost in transit claim without USPS's email, we are only able to do so after 2 months from the last tracking update.

Be aware sometimes your order can come in two parts, I also thought they had sent me the wrong contacts but they were flipped inside out. When I contacted customer support they were quick to reply and explain why I didn’t get my whole order at once and why my contacts looks different before opening them.

Shipping takes awhile but I can't get better prices or sit through another eye doctor visit..
The items I ordered are gorgeous and really helped me set off. I ordered some red contacts and lashes then. The customer service was kind of slow when I had issues with payments though, and this issue even drained up 20% off coupons because the order is placed before paying and had to be cancelled. Kind of lame. Thankfully they at least SHOW iDeal as an option, which is quite rare. Shipping overview is also quite nice but it's not as accurate as agent trackers, and it's giving me separate emails for items only partial of the complete order, so I can't be sure if only those or all items shipped altogether. Overall solid experiencr.
