Never arrived.

Was told the contacts I ordered would arrive around April 9th. They didn't so I figured they may be late. They weren't. Never arrived, never received, no email saying that they got lost in the mail, and the insurance I paid for it did absolutely nothing.

I gave this site only 4 Stars only because I ordered them in the beginning of December 2022, I did not receive them until January 16th 2023. However, The product was awesome! Sooo comfortable ( I sometimes forgot I was wearing them). Very easy to install as well. Back again to repurchase 2 more! Hui, I would've given 5 stars if shipping didn't take a lifetime.:)

Never received my item!

Never received my item, paid for expedited shipping. Tracking number shows nothing. I reached out to support email multiple times since early May, at first they responded and said they were looking into it and now they don’t write back at all. Just give me my money back!

Prescription strength was wrong; rendering them useless

One of the lenses was not the prescription it should've been, making the set of prescription lenses useless. While the numbers on the Uniqso boxes were correct, I tested, but only one of the lenses was good for me. I swapped the lenses around, turned them inside out, and checked at least 10 times, but they didn't work. The left lens was fine, the right lens was a different prescription than the box said. It was a different strength than my left lens, but also completely unusable for my right eye. I checked with my normal prescription lenses, same strenghts on the box, but right 'normal' lens did work fine. They were quite expensive and I ordered them so I could wear them for my cosplay performance instead of my normal prescription lenses so it was quite a let down. I don't think I'll order here again.

I had to buy another order to get the blue contacts I ordered previously to acquire them since they failed to delivery.

Cosplay contacts

This wasn't my first time ordering from Uniqso. As always the contacts came in great condition, and are perfect for cosplay. I do not recommend wearing them for more than 6 to 8 hours however, as they will start to irritate the eyes a little bit after long hours. The shipping took a while, but was totally worth it. I'm very satisfied with what I got for my money!

Too sticky and messy

Excellent Contacts

I absolutely love uniqso between their low prices, discounts, bonus rewards and collaborative opportunities. The reason I don't give it 5 stars though is because of their shipping. It's good to buy more than a month in advance. There is also zero tracking information between when it ships from China and when it delivers.

Good contacts, just a bit of a shipping delay

I ordered some color contacts from UNIQSO. The contacts are of good quality and they don't really obstruct vision, however I ordered them for a cosplay I was going to a con with and they didn't arrive in time. I had to cosplay another character, but regardless the contacts I ordered were really good.

Destroyed package, ripped contact, no customer service

The contacts I got came in a package that was completely destroyed. Also, when I opened the packaged, I ordered two pairs of contacts. However, one came and already had a chunk of it torn, making me unable to use it. I was super disappointed and when I tried to contact for a refund, I got no response. Destroyed products on top of bad customer service makes me not want to shop here again.

Overall - great experience, with a little downside

I am very pleased with the transaction from Uniqso and the purchased items - they are of great quality. There was, however, one thing that was a downside - the tax was added after the shipment was chosen and the payment was to be made - I did not expect that and the price has changed. This is not good, when you plan on buying something and then need to add extra expense (especially if your home currency is not the one Uniqso is operating in).

Overall terrible expierience

Overall terrible expierience. Placed an order, after two WEEKS they write me, that they don't actually have the lens in stock and the only one left is faulty. They offer me an replacement. Ok fine, no issue. Then it took more than another week to send out my order. When it arrived it was completely crushed from shipping bc turns out, they send out your lenses in a flimsy foil bag, instead of a box - it's a miracle none of the glass vials with the lenses got crushed. And then I had to realise that the replacemet they offered me is also faulty. The edge of the lens was so uneven and jagged, you could see it just haveing it on your finger. So yeh, maybe don't buy here, if you want to leave your eyes intact.
