Your transport system is poor, and there is a lack of communication when the order is not following schedule. Please provide more information when orders fall off the delivery schedule, instead of leaving the customer clueless as to where their order is or when it will be arriving.

I ordered my contacts in March and the item has been in transit since April 3rd and I have not been able to get any information about the item.

No Useful Tracking

The tracking app provided was useless. I was stressed worrying about whether or not the lenses would arrive on time… They did, but I had no way of knowing.

Hidden taxes

I really was suprised about the fees, they are hidden at the beginnig. Further you go another one is added. I bought 2 pairs of contact and they arraived at separate package and I paid twice another tax to postman. Ridiculous.

Delivery takes forever and for some…

Delivery takes forever and for some reason shipping goes up the more you buy? crazy how one pair of contacts is £6 for delivery, and that's just the minimum for one item. When lenses arrived, one was fine, other had uneven ridges and hurt to put in. I did contact them and they're sending me another lens, so at least the customer service is okay. Wil probably find another store for contacts though.

Hey guys

Hey guys! I just want to say that I do so enjoy my contacts but I don’t feel they’re being properly displayed with true color. Also it took about 2 months to get my order and then I didn’t get one of my orders. I placed one in July and I can’t go back to the screen to see when o placed the other but I got the last order, just not the first order. You guys either need to reimburse me for the contacts I did not receive OR send me 2 more pairs! Thank you Leisa Ashley

I did not receive my package

I did not receive my package. I followed the prompts to contact USPS that the customer service rep through Uniqso said. USPS redirected me to speak to Uniqso and haven't received a response back yet.

one lens came torn(

Terrible

I received my order and one of the two lenses was damaged !!! I wrote to the support but they said to me to cut it in two pieces, I did it and sent the photograph but they haven't answered me since that, even if they were supposed to send me another undamaged lense and a promo code ! Terrible, I don't recommend it !!! I want a refund !

This is the second time I order and nothing arrives (making me lose money and time), that's a good experience I guess.

Everything is ok just one important thing

The contacts look amazing and all , just one negative part. They don’t stick to the eye and it becomes so hard and frustrating to put them!

Hit or miss

I dont know if its just me but everytime i order from this site its either a hot or miss. Multiple lenses i bought here just didnt sit right. One of the lenses was always scraping my eye or sitting on it weirdly. Ive been using contact lenses for a decade but never happened to me except for buying from here.

A mess

Didn’t receive one paid and the other was damaged and the order was cancelled. They offered a refund but I’m still upset because I needed these for a convention.

I believe one lens of this pair may have been defective

Had mostly good experiences with UNIQSO in the past, however upon recieving these I believe one lens of this pair may have been defective, as it irritates and itches my eye. I've cleaned them several times over and stored them properly, one contact lens feels perfectly comfortable, while the other one irritates me.
