It is up to you to choose the right size I am an M for tops and XL for pants. the clothing came as expected, which surprised me based on most of the reviews. the negative reviews led me to expect a real disaster. so im ok with the quality even though its overpriced for what it is, its essentially what was advertised. my order was not shipping, so after reading some of the bad reviews i decided to try to cancel my order. i emailed multiple times requested a cancelation. but when i attempted to cancel my order, i never got a response. instead, my order shipped the next day. there was no customer service follow up.because of the poor customer service i will not be ordering again.

Dear all whom may concern Why another package still await for ship, it takes so long - I flow to Goergia trip for a week until I backed to Thailand already your shipping still not pick up the last piece for me, though without any report status at all, just me as the client keep nagging by myself, so disappointed to Uoozee team support or system or humam error. Pls final the solution for my case immediately!!! Before I will cancel order and post on every channel of social media to banned your website. Another option if I cancell this order when I will get the money return specified sharply though. Thank you very much for your more caring about client's satisfaction as pioritzed!! The parcel arrived.i was impressed with the pacing each dress came in a lovely plastic wallet. However ,,,,,The clothes were cut very small and the fabric is really bad quality. As I took the dresses out the package there were full of creases. I will not be able to wear them and have written to customer service to return them.
I’m giving them a two star. My first order was a polkadot zip jacket. Outside of the dots being a little more navy than black, it was great and fit well. Worth the price. But my latest order of three different shirts was a terrible experience. I checked the size chart for each and every style to ensure that I was ordering the correct size that would fit me. When the product arrived, I realized how much Photoshop they used in the market photos!! This product definitely did not fit me and did not look anything like the photos on body. I attempted to contact them four times with zero response to return my product. In the return policy, they say they will get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your email request. Not so! And I could not see anywhere in my order to request a refund like they mentioned online. I had to fight the charges with my credit card company. Fingers crossed I will get the charge canceled.
Sometimes my order takes 4-6 weeks to arrive, but I’ve always received my shipment. If you carefully read the measurements the dresses I’ve bought have fit. I haven’t had good luck with pants as the cut is strange. There isn’t a way to return anything but they will offer you $25-50. I’ve shopped with them for years
I bought three tops two or three sizes bigger than mine and still didn't have the chance to tried on because are small I contacted by email (3) in order to return the tops and didn't give any options with explanation that have 14 days to contact customer service that doesn't exist Be aware that even I received the tops this is kind of scam
I live in South Africa and always wait longer than with one of the other Cinese sites, BUT when it arrives, with a bit of a struggle, the items are always beautiful! To me, worth the wait.🤷♀️ A bit pricy, but again, worth it as it different to anything I can buy in other sites and the quality is WAY better.
I purchased $100.00 worth of merchandise with this company. I received my items. They were too small. I contacted them and followed the instructions on returns and refunds. However they offered me a $25.00 credit and to keep the items. I would not recommend ordering from this company. I will never order from them again!
I love, love, love this skirt!! However, I ordered a large and it was a bit to small so the zipper broke. I manage to get it fixed and wore it well. I am 5'4 195lbs, an ex-large would have done it. But I was happy the way it fitted....all smiles.
Honestly this Dress was super comfortable, light and airy. I’m 5’5 so it was a little long but it was manageable. I normally wear a medium which is what I ordered however the upper part of the dress didn’t fit all to great. I don’t know if it was because I’m smaller on top that my bottom frame. So if your much small on top like I am I would recommend sizing down.
I consistently purchase from this site, and find the items true to size, and excellent quality. They may take a while to arrive though, so order early if for a particular event.

I ordered four items. The clothes were beautiful and of good quality. They did take over a month to arrive and they were WAAAY too small (even though the labels had the size I needed). I really wish they fit because they were all so cute! Customer service via email responded within 24hrs and was VERY helpful in negotiating a refund. It was not a full refund but I was able to gift the clothes to my young cousin and get a small cash refund. Didn't make sense to send everything back and hope to get a refund in 6-8 months. They don't do exchanges. If you're going to order do so based on the measurements not the traditional sizes. Its a risk at best. Shame. They could make so much money if they sent the right sizes and expedited shipment. Again, the clothes were beautiful.
