The sizes
The sizes, are all so difficult. A number to talk to a live person would be nice.
No returns or exchanges
Time for shipping is very long. And they Give you 14 days to return the items in their original condition unworn with tags which I had. They never replied my emails . The fitting is bad and the sizes run small. Out of 11 items, only 2 fitted properly, the rest run extremely small. I wanted to exchange them for the next size but I never got an answer from them. And if you really take your time you could find some of the pieces for a better price in SHEIN or Temu , I saw they had 3 items I had gotten with SHEIN and one With Temu before.i am extremely disappointed as I am stuck now with items that are my size apparently but they do not fit me
Disappointed Uozeeakes returns difficult
I am pretty disappointed that Uozee makes returns and exchanges so.difficult.and stops responding as soon they understand you wish to return. Totally the opposite of the initial, perhaps AI led customer service conversation. Here's the thing, there is no way.on the website in the form of a click to initiate a return. Also no number you can just dial. I am in the middle of a return that isn't going well yet so stay tuned.

UOOZEE #uoozee baits and switches with their sizes & quality to get a sale. They will put an incorrect size tag on an item simply to sell it versus being honest and making you aware they are out of stock for the size you requested. I ordered two jackets one fits well... And the other is three sizes smaller than what I ordered. As a matter of fact, when I took it out of the package I immediately could see something was wrong and was disappointed because I could tell that the size was so far off. Due to them sending me the incorrect item I asked for a replacement and was told I'd have to ship the item back to China at my own cost for their errors. In addition, the jacket they sent me was not made exactly the same as a jacket in their advertisement. It was supposed to be a three-quarter length jacket and even on a person who could wear the size they sent the jacket is a standard length at best. TO TOP IT OFF, I PURPOSELY ORDERED A SIZE LARGER JUST IN CASE I NEEDED TO HAVE THE JACKET TAILORED! I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE CAUTIOUS. I hate when organizations bait and switch customers and then hijack their money by attempting to make them pay for postage for mistakes they did not make. Thankfully I paid for the item with PayPal and I'll have to work through them for reimbursement. If you pay with a credit card I think you have that option as well. Last week, they said there's some teeny tiny print somewhere that says they do not issue refunds. However, instead of simply refunding me my full payment price or them paying for the postage to return the item so I could receive my full refund... They offered me two smaller refunds and a 15% off discount. I said no. They even suggested I sell the jacket to someone or give it to someone as a gift... All of this proves, that they have an issue with quality and honesty. It's sad because the other jacket is really nice and fit so well but I will never trust or order from this company again. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRETTY ADVERTISEMENTS WITH PERFECTLY FITTED GARMENTS IT IS A LIE! After talking to a couple of folks they experience the same bait and switch size issue. Honestly, I was thankful I was not the only person. Which motivated me more to receive my full refund back via PayPal.
Clothes not TRUE to Picture or SIZE
Uoozee Have beautiful pictures of clothes BUT I ordered twice from them and wasn't too happy. The clothes are much smaller than size. I wear a large I ordered a 2X and the dress barely fit. Also item doesn't look completely like the picture. Quality Looks cheaper than pictures online.
No Free Shipping
I went to place an almost $200 order & went to checkout, only to find an almost $30 shipping fee, the price of another item. I cancelled the order since I don’t shop at places without free shipping. However, I am glad I did based on the myriad of reviews about the quality of clothing, sizing, and no contact when trying to return items.
Ooohzee Uoozee
Of all the online fashion outlets this one is my favourite so far. Unlike other online vendors the material is not cheap and the description fits the product. People ask me sometimes where I get my flares/parallels from and also the dresses I have bought from here. For style it is fabulous and for value.

A legitimate company
I have ordered several times from uoozee. My experience is that the items I’ve ordered are pretty close to the pictures. The biggest issue is that I’m a US size 12 and the models are very small Asian women, so sometimes the clothes just look different on me. The fabrics are fairly described—if I order a garment described as cotton or linen, then I get a cotton or linen garment. If something is polyester, don’t be surprised when it pills and looks cheap. However, the natural fabrics may be thinner and not as high quality as you are hoping for. The clothes look long and full in the pictures, and sometimes they seem shorter and less full on me, but if I’m being fair, I’m not a size 2, so the fit will be different on me, but I’m getting what I ordered. yes, it takes several weeks to get your order, but mine have always shown up eventually. I suggest looking carefully at the size and fabric details and having realistic expectations as to how the clothes might look on you. I’ve never tried to return. The hassle doesn’t warrant it for me. I donate or give away when I cannot wear something.

Terrible Customer Service!
Beware of this seller!!! Updated I would not ever buy from them again! I purchased five items from them in Sept 2024. Four of five items were too large so I have been trying to contact them to get a return authorization, as recommended on their website. The telephone number on the web is a fake number and the Customer Service email is useless! I have written to them 6 times in 5 days and no reply!!! Terrible experience. Do not get tempted by their cute styles! The same skirt I purchased could be found on Taobao for 1/5 the price I paid. Stay away from this business who is not registered with the BBB. Update! The day after I write this review, customer service got back to me. They offered me 1/4 of my purchase costs to keep my items so that I don’t have to go through the trouble or expense of sending back my items to them. However, they would not give me a shipping address to return the items to. Thus, it makes it impossible to check the shipping cost at the post office. At this point, I chose to get the partial refund in an email to them. Shockingly, they promptly refunded my PayPal account the very next day. I would still not buy from them again since the return process appears to be a dead end.
I have been happy with my purchases
I have made a few purchases, if you review your choices and look at the information provided you will enjoy your purchases. I have a few items and I get many compliments. I find it helps if you contact the customer service after your purchase; usually writing I am checking on my purchases (include the order number) and ask if there is any discounts I may have missed while making my order, keeping in touch with the company.

Very cute items! But cheap materials - wont last long! And sizing is all over the place and often not accurate. Some larges fit like a small. No easy way to return anything.

UPDATE: After one month I finally received my order. The items were actually nicer than expected. If you have patience and don’t mind waiting, then you should be okay, but you’re taking a chance because Uoozee does not communicate any updates. August 26, 2024 UOOZEE is a TOTAL SCAM!! PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT EVER GET IT!! No one communicates with you. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not heard or received anything! My order status is “AWAITING SHIPMENT.” Total scam, please do not believe the positive reviews.

If you are careful and read the sizing chart, you can get clothing that fits. I restrict myself to dresses and tops as I do find the pants don’t accomodate my curves. Shipping can sometimes take awhile, but everything eventually arrives. The company will offer a partial money back return if you email them, the cost of shipping back to China is prohibitive. ordered a white maxi dress i recieved a bone color I expected a higher qulity fabric and was a bit underwhelmed considreing the advertisements and pics online i was truly excited. My thing is you dont have the color anymore say so i also never saw a site that asked for a tip duing the process of ordering. overlall if they iron up they could really deliver some good products 1. Be honest if you are out of a color dont advertise it 2. use quality fabrics 3.make your return process easy i am glad i ordered as a test since it was my first time you have some great pictures and styles deliver what you promised
Shoddy goods, appalling customer service
Update: Customer service got in touch after this review and sent me a replacement pair of clack trousers, at no cost, which I am very happy with. Like many people I was a bit sceptical about this supplier but I saw a pair of black trousers I liked so I went ahead and ordered them. They were better than I expected, and arrived quickly, so much so that I ordered three more pairs of the same exact trousers, another black one and two other colours. Again they arrived quickly, and I was delighted. The black pair was in a slightly different fabric from the first pair, which was unexpected and strange since they were supposed to be identical, but I didn’t think it mattered. I put them on - fit was identical - but after less than an hour the seams had started to unravel irreparably. The edges were sown edge to edge, without even a millimetre of fold over, so the threads were actually pulling apart. Absolutely shocking. I contacted customer service who said I would have to send them back to China at my own expense if I wanted a refund. Alternatively I can keep the goods “to avoid the hassle” and accept a 4$ refund. For a pair of trousers that cost 19$. That are so badly made, in a completely different fabric from the first one they sent, that they literally fall apart within an hour. Absolutely shocking rip-off. Absolutely shocking customer service. No apology for what is clearly a problem on their supply side. I will not be shopping with them again.
Pleasantly surprised
Given the reviews, I expected to be properly scammed but thought I’d give Uoozee a go, as I really wanted a particular top and couldn’t find it anywhere else. I’m astounded that they delivered so quickly (within 2 weeks) and the quality of the top I ordered is far better than I expected. I’ll definitely order from Uoozee again, though I do feel for those who haven’t had the best experience, and that’s why I gave 4, as opposed to 5, stars.
