我在……订购了两块可爱的火山口肥皂。

我订购了两块装在玻璃容器中的可爱的卡尔德拉肥皂。其中一块肥皂在收到时就破损了。立即通过 PayPal 通过电子邮件发送给我的订单上列出的联系人。我还通过电子邮件发送了破损货物的照片。物品包装不好。我非常惊讶两个玻璃容器都没有破碎，因为他们用于运输的盒子的包装材料非常稀疏。 我很遗憾他们没有回复我发送替换品或提供退款。

需要改进和更好的客户服务
