Archana our client contact at Multiplier is very supportive and helpful. One negative which relates more to the business model ,is that the window for making payments is very small. We have recently had to pay petty penalties on invoices even though payments were made but did not reflect in the Multiplier account yet.

So far quite poor, after quite a quick sales process they took the money and now do not reply to any emails or give me any updates on the process. Im trying to onboard an employee and am now left in limbo for a few weeks. Not a great start.

They are the absolute WORST EOR that ever existed. Everything the do is wrong, from salary calculations, taxes, contracts, vacation days. EVERYTHING! STAY AWAY from this company if you want your employees to keep their mental health!
