The company you spoke with regarding pickup was our third-party tow partner, Capital Auto Owner. While we are not responsible for their day-to-day communication, we understand they do inadvertently represent us as they handle the final pickup and sale of donations on our behalf. It may help to know that nearly all car donation programs use the same national tow partners, so working with them is inevitable no matter which charity you choose to donate to. I will still make sure your concerns are shared with their management team. A preliminary tax receipt was emailed to you on June 25, 2025, at 4:11 PM Central Time, and a follow-up with the updated sale amount was also mailed to you.
